OC Trainer creates individual, totally customized training and nutrition programs to meet your specific fitness and fat loss goals. I started my latest & last fitness journey at the end of May but didn't take it seriously until mid/end of June. I hired Greg and started going to twice a week, then I decided to go three times a week, then got a crazy idea and started going four times a week.
My time with him consists of an hour of weight training with very little to no rest followed by 20 min of cardio. I also do cardio on my own twice a week for a total of 6 times a week! Greg put me on a meal plan which I follow religiously, that means I meal prep every Sunday night & I weigh out my food.

I have always seen the benefit of working out with a skilled professional. I have been training with Greg for six months. I have trained with five other trainers over the past 15 years but never have I seen results this quickly. Over the years I have tried different diets with some success but Greg has put the equation in balance, the right diet and the right training program for ultimate success.
That's the question we hear from many when starting out. Many people assume lifting weights translates to 'bodybuilder'. Here's a good analogy: You can take up golf, but are you going to be the next Tiger Woods? Probably not. Greg and Hillary are the best fitness duo I've ever seen. They are both so knowledgeable and actually care about each of their clients success. They aren't self absorbed, constantly on their phones or distracted by anything during the training. They really are the most professional trainers I've ever worked with. Greg's no nonsense get s**t done attitude coupled with Hillary's sweet kind demeanor gives everybody something to connect with. Greg and Hillary are motivating and push you beyond your comfort zone. If you are looking for results, I can't recommend OC Trainer enough. I've only been training for a few short months but I already look and even more feel the healthiest I've ever been. The dietary adjustments I've made have also significantly improved how I feel daily without making huge sacrifices. I look forward to every gym day and can't wait to continue to see results.

Greg has helped save my social life and just life in general. I used to be 300 pounds and now am about 145. I put all of my trust into Greg. He is there to watch my form, push me farther and just get into a healthy lifestyle. Greg helps me find what foods would work for me and what to avoid. I honestly use Greg as my GURU! People might say I like to BUG Greg but only because I have become comfortable with my self.

I have been Training with Greg for about 4 years now and at 50 years old I can still go to the club, take my shirt off and flash a 6-pack. I have never been in better shape than I am now thanks to Greg.
Training with Greg includes Workout, Diet and Lifestyle consultation,advise and enforcement. He is quick to remind you that you get what you put in. He keeps me on track, yet understands when I am not at my best. Does he allow me slack ?? Never !!!

I finally decided it was time to make a drastic change, and Greg was the best person I could have chosen. I went from 190lbs of fat to 155lbs of ripped, lean muscle with Greg in 18 months, and I've been able to maintain it with the tools he taught me.
Greg's dedication to his clients is amazing! His motivation never ends, and he thrives on getting you the results you want. I've been in a lot of gyms, and I've never seen a trainer like Greg. He's right there, coaching you on every rep, finding your limits and encouraging you to push past them

Greg is hands down the best trainer EVER!!! I've had trainers in the past, and they don't compare. He is incredibly knowledgable and very cognizant of peoples needs and limits. And, as a female, I'm comfortable with him 100%. There's Zero creep factor with him. When I started training with him 3 months ago, I could barely walk-I was on bed rest for 5 months for pregnancy and had a challenging delivery. I went from not being able to stand for more than 20 minutes without pain to hiking 3 mile hikes with a smile last week!!! I've lost weight and toned up too. I LOVE seeing

Amazing, caring, compassionate, intelligent, educated and practices what he preaches! Greg took the time to put together a custom meal plan specific to my weight, age and goals. I have been training with OC Trainer since February of this year and the results I have received are tremendous! Since I started training I have lost a total of 10 pounds and I honestly couldn't have done it without Jessica Jordan. Weight training has done wonders for my body and it has given me more energy than I know what do with!
Obviously there is a lot more to losing weight than simply just working out. A balanced diet is an absolute must when you are looking for results. Essentially, Jessica provided me with a great diet plan and combining the two allowed me to achieve my weight goals
