With your choice of 1 on 1 personal training sessions or small group workout classes, we focus 100% of our time on YOU. Everyone is different, which is why we keep our training classes small, capping each work out class at 7, to ensure each person is getting the 1 on 1 focus they need.

Love this gym! Let me start off by saying you're going to be greeted by one of the dopest gym dogs out there, Knuckles! He sets the tone for what is sure to be a great experience at this gym. Tony and his staff will challenge you in ways you didn't know were possible and push you in a way that requires only your best effort. You can be an avid CrossFitter or haven't ever stepped foot in a gym, Tony and his staff will put together a program that's right for YOU! highly recommend this gym!

He understands the struggle of weight loss and understands the discipline it takes to push forward and never look back. He reminds me to look forward and move towards life changing goals.

HABIT is my go-to! Whether it's the group classes with Jalen or the private sessions with Tony, you are guaranteed to get an amazing workout. They push you mentally but also take care and listen to your body and your needs. Not only that the environment is equally part rugged, fun, and inspiring. For the last 1.5 years, HABIT has been my home and I don't see myself ever leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout, a good time, good people, and a good community.
