Educated with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, Division I Collegiate Swimmer and active year around Triathlete. I devote my life to educating individuals on Health through Physical Fitness and Goal Setting. Each individual is different, therefore, I talk to each person in depth to figure out how we can help set goals to achieve proper health. With each personalized exercise program I include: Balance, Coordination, Agility, Natural Body Weight Strength, Flexibility and Cardiovascular Endurance.

My name is Matt Olaya and I am a former Division I, four-year collegiate swimmer, Bachelor's in Kinesiology with 10 years of personal training experience. I am passionate about educating everyone on the benefits of being physically fit and understanding the importance of maintaining a consistent exercise routine through commitment, balance, open-mindedness and moderation.
My life story is a roller coaster of emotions and life lessons. From these personal experiences I have learned that everyone has a story and everyone has ongoing challenges in life. In order for me to help you exercise to acheive weight loss or develop an active lifestyle, I need to approach it with an open mind.
Answering this question will tell you what you want and where you intentions are. For example, if you have always wanted to lose weight, but find yourself constantly fluctuating, then admit to yourself that you might need some outside help. We can't all do it on our own. Sometimes asking for help is necessary to find out why we are failing or falling short of our goals.
