The Rehab is a boutique personal training, rehabilitation, and wellness center in Spring, Texas. The Rehab is the passion project of Dr. Scott Bolz. For years, Dr. Bolz has wanted to enhance his rehabilitation program with targeted, customized personal training, sports-specific training, and total body wellness with the best team around.

Thus, The Rehab was born. The Rehab offers 1 on 1 personal training in hour and half-hour sessions. Each session will be completely customized to your individual needs and goals with the very best trainers in the area. Our trainers can push you beyond your athletic limits, rehabilitate a new or old injury, return you to play, or help you meet a specific weight loss or fitness goal.

Dr. Bolz started Spring Chiropractic more than 25 years ago and has been a life-long resident of the Spring/Woodlands community.

Jennifer fell in love with fitness in 2001 before having her second child and while attending Spin and BodyPump classes.

It was really important when selecting my personal trainer that I found somebody that was a specialist in injuries/surgery but also had a background and overall physical therapy and muscular and skeletal functionalities. I am not a candidate for Boot Camp‘s or group group workouts where I can get injured!! I needed one on one that was reasonable that would keep me in the game so I can keep selling houses! I enjoy my workouts with Aaron he keeps it real! He changes up the routine pretty regularly to keep it interesting! The REHAB ROCKS!

The Rehab has been great for our whole family. We have been working out there just over a year. The trainers are super nice and keep pushing you. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Life changer!
Aaron and Jennifer are hands down world class!
They are passionate and amazing at helping people reach their fitness goals. I have been a member for well over 8 months and my wife joined a couple of months ago after having a baby in September.
I highly recommend The Rehab!

I have worked out at The Rehab since the doors opened, both in small group and personal training, and I absolutely love it for so many reasons. Being able to walk into a group of women where you can be YOU no matter what fitness level you are is important to me. The trainer, Jen, will alter any of our exercises according to our needs and/or injuries, and she makes sure we are performing the exercises correctly. Small group is something I look forward to every week because of the connections I have made with these women. Personal training with Jen is an added bonus for me. Every workout is tailored

Great trainers and great facilities. They are very flexible with programming and training sessions. They are also always available to answer questions even outside training sessions.

The Rehab is a great place for young athlete to maintain their strength and conditioning or to rehab from an injury. The personnel there are top notch and work with each individual to meet their specific needs. We highly recommend using The Rehab!

Best decision we ever made!! Aaron and Jen are the best trainers ever. We have been to different gyms over the years including crossfit. They push us and they care and it shows at every work out. Wish we could give them more stars!

I go to The Rehab and train with Training Director Aaron Mills. He is great and is helping me work out an injury and other muscle groups. I’ve gained confidence to do different exercises independently at the gym along with cardio. I’d highly recommend him to anyone to teach you new workouts! I like working with him because he pushes me but not over the edge.

For almost two years I’ve been attending their yoga stretch class. I can’t believe how much this has helped my mobility, joint health and strength. @findingmydao Mary is an excellent instructor and it’s right here in Spring. To all my Spring friends, there’s room for more students. Bring yourself, a friend, and some comfortable clothes. Saturday’s @ 0900-1000 at @therehabtx.
