In 1986, he received an Honorable Discharge and Good Conduct Medal. Certifications: Ray graduated from the prestigious Professional Training Institute in Las Vegas, NV in 2004 and has earned and maintains National Certifications from ACSM, ACE, NASM & NSCA.
The FIRM U is a private personal training & clinical fitness studio located in the Spring, Tomball, Cypress, NE Houston area. Our main goal is to bring about meaningful, positive change in the lives of our clients. Under eating is as bad as overeating. A healthy & hormonally balanced body ALWAYS responds to diet and exercise. If you do everything right with consistency and discipline and you don't lose fat, there is a metabolic problem. The hormonal culprit is typically picked up easily on a blood test.

As we age, hormones decline, our vision worsens, we can't move like we used to, our muscle mass decreases, our immune system doesn't work like it used to, our libido is at an all-time low and the fat around our belly increases. Being the kind of person who would go the a regular gym and roam around aimlessly, training in a private facility with 100% dedicated training has helped me focus solely on my personal health. I would recommend Ray and his training to those who easily get distracted at a normal gym like I did. I now accomplish more in one hour training session, than I did all week on my own. I feel better and have more sustained energy throughout a normal workday.
