I have worked for Quality Home Health for over a year now as a PT and have completely enjoyed my experience so far. Amy and Toba are excellent administrators who understand the balance of running a business, but also being relatable and kind. I worked for Quality for one month on a salary basis which is a horrible payment model due to they expect you to drive over an hour to see patients and will use this as leverage to make you see patients. Management has no respect for their employees and will threaten you on a daily basis. Lori Helton the Director will harass you constantly even after terminating your employment with the company. They will give you patient the day of and expect you to drop what you are doing to fix their mistakes. Horrible company to work for! Stay far away!!!

I have worked for Quality Home Health as a physical therapist for over a year now and can honestly say they care about both the employees and patients/clients tremendously. I have always been able to provide patients with ethical and appropriate care and feel the director, Toba, allows therapists to provide care with a balance of autonomy but support when it is needed. The office staff is friendly and super responsive.

If you want to work for a company where the administrator has no profesional education and was grandfathered into her position this is the company for you. The administrator there loves to create a hostile working environment. She’s very unprofessional, gossips about her employees to other employees, stomps around huffing and puffing, bipolar, will talk to you when she wants to, if she’s having a bad you will get the backlash, slamming doors, getting yelled at. Employee turnaround is never ending, you either put up with her emotionally unstable attitude, or you get fired. Most of the office

We had a visit from Jeremy, a Physical Therapist from Quality Home Care. Jeremy got instantly to the core of the matter, ingratiated himself to be a friend, and a better therapist is hard to find. Jeremy initiated a number of services of possible help. Jeremy is one in a million and we are so grateful to him. He takes his profession seriously and the people (in this my husband) makes the patient his priority. And is not afraid to attend to the family involved. Thank you Jeremy. You re one in a million.
