My doctor referred me to Biddeford PT for a frozen shoulder. I have been lucky enough to have Martin as my PT! He has been fabulous at helping me with getting back my range of motion, alleviating lots of my pain. He has been professional and a true savior with all the exercises, cupping and many other things he has done to help me, I feel so much better after starting PT.

My shoulder had been bothering me for some time, so when I saw the Instagram ad for Biddeford Physical Therapy, I decided to take advantage of their offered free assessment. That turned out to be the best decision I made all summer. With strict adherence to COVID-19 precautions and Josh’s professional yet friendly guidance, I was soon on my way to feeling better and realizing I should have sought his help sooner. Don’t delay. Make the call. You will be glad you did!

I had a tricky injury to my left bicep, and was told by the orthopedic doctor that it was going to take patience and time. Josh Tardiff was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and genuine concern immediately set me at ease. My bicep wouldn't contract and holding a cup of coffee was painful. By the end of my treatment, muscle contraction was back and the pain was gone. I feel fortunate to have had him and this establishment treat my injury. I highly reccomend Biddeford Physical Therapy!

Awesome staff, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate. All the things you want and need in a care provider. Josh is the best! I have residual headaches and brain fog from COVID. Also cervical spine issues. I came in with neck pain and diminished range of motion. After just a few short visits i am feeling relief and gaining range of motion back slowly but surely. I selected Biddeford Physical Therapy after my husband had such a great experience with his back issues. Definitely recommend you give them a try! You wont regret it!

I have been having numbness and tingling in arms, hands and legs, since July. I saw Dan twice. I stopped going, because it was making it worse. A week or so after I had re visited my Dr. and wanted to fill him in on what we had found out, to see if maybe there was a different approach, he never returned my call, so I called again, the Secretary Wanda, was very nice, sending emails both times I called, and still, after a second time reaching out, he did not call. That is rude an unprofessional! Also useful in proceeding, tells me a lot about how he cares for me. I will not be going back. I think
