Brandon Chapoton
Brandon is a New Orleans-based personal trainer, Navy veteran, and former Division 1 Track and Field Coach whose clientele have included celebrities, elite/professional athletes, executive professionals and everyday people. He works with each on an individual basis (offers group training as well), focusing on achieving sustained results through stimulating and continually varied workouts.

He is often recognized for his expertise in functional training and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques. Brandon is a great trainer! I worked with him for a year and learned so much. 2x a week for most of the year and 3x a week towards the end.

When reading the bios of all the trainers at my old gym, his was the only one that mentioned humor and I was like, "okay. this guy." He's upbeat, positive and never runs out of dad jokes. Pretty awesome, right?

For the last year I've looked forward to every weekly training session with Brandon. His personality and positive, non judgmental attitude is refreshing and provides endless motivation and encouragement. No work out is ever the same and I love it.
