Ford surpassed all my expectations. 50 years old, 5ft tall and within 8lbs of my goal weight, I was at a plateau. I needed help getting over the finish line. I signed up for 12 wks with Ford and he designed a program for me that would help tone and sculpt my mid-section. I got way more than that. My arms are more defined and my abs have definition for the first time ever. Ford is smart, knowledgeable, and communicative. A true professional - never wasted my time, and helped my understand calories and macros. This was exactly what I needed after years of training and dieting on my own. THANK YOU

The 9 months I worked with Ford were some of the most transformative of my life. He never let me put forth anything but my best, supported me by crafting workouts specifically designed for my body, and made me laugh so much that I actually enjoyed working out for once! Ford was super communicative and was reasonably flexible when I needed to adjust my training schedule. After working with Ford, I am stronger than I've ever been, and more confident in my abilities in the gym.

Training with Ford has been awesome! He's attentive to what my individuals goals of training are and has ensured I have made substantial progress in those goals. He always pushes me to my limits to ensure I get the most out of my workouts. Ford is very positive and has kept me motivated throughout each workout. My wife got me a Peloton for quarantine and I never used it. I sold it on Craigslist and got some classes with Ford instead. I didn’t care about losing weight, I just want to be strong enough to win a bar fight! Ford was able to work with me to meet my personal fitness goals! Now I’m ready to go back to the bar (as soon as we reach heard immunity)! I’m in the best shape of my life and I don’t have that bulky bike taking up space in my bedroom. Ford is great and I love that I have someone to talk about the Saints game with (my wife doesn’t watch football). 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪

This is the place to go if you’re looking for an engaged, energetic trainer who won’t rest until you achieve your goals! Ford is able to keep me motivated on days I’m not feeling my greatest by maintaining an atmosphere that can be both one of accountability and fun. He’s serious about fitness and knows how to get the best out of his clients. We’ve all got busy lives and his willingness to be super flexible when conflicts pop up is incredibly helpful. Ford makes your individual goals his personal responsibility and it’s reflected in the consistent level of effort he puts in every session

Ford is by far the best trainer in the New Orleans area. His knowledge of fitness/health makes it impossible to fail. He truly cares about you and your progress. You will leave each session feeling accomplished and prepared to make progress outside of the gym. He sets you up to make long-term and sustainable habits that will help you reach your goals. I cannot recommend BXF enough.

I can't say enough good things. Ford truly goes above and beyond to help you with your goal. He gives positive feedback on my diet on the daily, focuses on quality and form rather than quantity, and gives you his 100 in an out of your sessions.
