Who exactly is a Toadstool Farm Misfit? Anyone who isn't afraid to let their personal style show. She's the woman who loves to pair antique white cotton skirts with scuffed up biker boots. The one who'll deliberately go wildflower picking while wearing a 1950s wildflower print dress just to say she did.
She loves the feel and energy of old things, and believes they tell a story. She also appreciates how those things were made to last because being kind to Mother Earth is important to her ( she wants those wildflowers to still be there for the picking when her great great grandchildren are her age and -hopefully- still wearing her vintage dresses ).

Despite being mistaken occasionally for a fungus growing operation, Toadstool Farm is actually the intellectual brainchild of creative entrepreneur and professional misfit, Jacqueline Collen-Tarrolly. That's me! Named for a beloved former home, it encompasses all of my creative projects. I'm a vintage lover, a fantasy artist, a horse trainer, a ballet dancer, an author, a model, a wildlife rehabilitator, and an Adventurer.
What is it about Vintage that inspires me so? Why do I love it, what makes me start to almost salivate when I find that adorable little 1940s dress amongst. I wanted to share with you the story behind one of the greatest collections of Vintage I've come across so far as a Vintage dealer. Last Spring I was.

I haven't been to the store, but I ordered a vintage glass piece from them online. It arrived in excellent condition as advertised, and had been wrapped and shipped very carefully so as to arrive in great condition. I was impressed with their attention to detail and with how quickly it arrived--3 days! Now it's on display in my kitchen.
