I have been a patient of Doctor Ruiz for a little over two years and I've always received a pleasant treatment by the staff. Furthermore, Dr. Ruiz has been extremely accommodating and empathetic regarding my condition. Has always been available, even in a short notice, and has always lend me a listening ear at times when I was going through a crisis. To start off, the man at the front desk is rude, never had a pleasant interaction with him. When first meeting Dr. Ruiz I thought his manner was unprofessional and he wasn’t listening to me, going in one ear and out the other. He was trying to constantly push TMS on me and I was not interested. At one point in our appointment he asked me how I was paying and if my parents had $$$…he isn’t a professional, he just wants your money…He prescribed me ketamine nasal spray at a price of $600 not including the cost of the appointment. When I went back to receive the medication he gave me a bottle

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ACTUAL TREATMENT RESISTANT DEPRESSION, DR. RUIZ WILL MAKE YOUR CONDITION SUBSTANTIALLY WORSE.
I tried TMS with Dr. Ruiz. My intake appointment was less than one hour; he did not get my full background but he did clear me for TMS. It was horribly painful, and I had severe side effects such as memory loss and dissociative episodes. It got to be so bad, that I had to take a medical leave from work. When I told Dr. Ruiz about the negative side effects, he just stopped replying to me. I went to Dr. Ruiz in October 2020. I called and sent messages until Jan 2021. I have not
