Each session will start with a full body alignment evaluation. This will allow us to diagnose your root cause of pain and identify other areas that may be hindering your posture, movement, or performance. At Arise Physical Therapy we will use a range of hands-on therapy techniques to improve joint motion, soft tissue mobility, and overall alignment of your body.

Movement is key! We will provide you with a personalized home exercise routine that will help you become pain free and reach your health goals. I have had the privilege of doing sessions with Justin the past few years. The combination of his hands-on approach and ability to pinpoint the source of the problem is effective and always helps relieve my pain and improve mobility.

Justin Vaidyan is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with his Doctorate in physical therapy. His passion is to empower patients to live a healthy, pain-free life. He wants more for his patients than just to be pain-free and functional; he wants his patients to thrive and achieve their physical and health goals!
A non-invasive treatment system precisely engineered to locate and quickly resolve soft-tissue disorders. Through Active Release Therapy (ART), millions have discovered that they do not have to "just live with" pain or restricted movement, or endure tedious treatment regimens for a chance at a full recovery.
Graston Technique uses instruments to achieve the effects and benefits of soft tissue mobilization. With Graston, there are six specifically designed stainless steel instruments that a therapist uses to help find and treat soft tissue problems. It is an evidence-based method of IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) used in combination with rehabilitation exercises to improve musculoskeletal function.
Your therapist will gently massage and feel for stiff or tightened areas. Also massaging and stretching the areas that feel rigid with light manual pressure. The therapist then aids the tissue and supportive sheath in releasing pressure and tightness. The process is repeated multiple times on the same trigger point and on other trigger points until the therapist feels the tension is fully released.
Strength and conditioning in its simplest form is the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality. It is grounded in evidence-based research and physiology of exercise and anatomy. We all move and therefore we can all benefit from a better quality of movement. Strength and conditioning isn't a hardcore beasting only for athletes, nor is it a particular Olympic lift, prowler push, or hill sprint drill.

I was plagued by a mysterious pain in my foot that was severely limiting me in recreational activities. I saw four doctors who couldn’t agree on the cause/treatment, but one suggested I see Justin at Arise due to his ability to solve complex (weird?) problems.
We worked through some issues I had with hip flexibility and core stability and found stretches/exercises that provided measurable improvement in my pain and range of motion. A subsequent MRI confirmed the problem was indeed what Justin had already identified and was well on his way to treating successfully.
The location is a clean and

I've been dealing with shoulder pain for over a year and wasn't sure what to do to fix it. Braces weren't really working and the pain would come and go. I reached out to Justin who is a PT at Arise after working out at the associated gym (The Fusion House). Justin did a quick assessment right away. He identified the cause of my shoulder pain and gave me a few things to work on over the next week before my first full appointment. At my appointment he worked on loosening the tight muscles using trigger points and we worked on some exercises to help with working on the muscles that are tight and problematic

I first heard about Justin through an acquaintance. I had been suffering from frozen shoulder, but now I feel much better. Unlike the network, Justin gives me a full 45 minutes of focused muscle relaxation and then exercises. If I had continued to go to the network physical therapist, I don't think I would have gotten so much better.
There was a slight problem with my insurance company's payment, which delayed the payment to Justin. He waited for me to pay without pressure or anything. I really appreciate it. Justin is not only an excellent physical therapist, but also a very nice person. My frozen

Justin is excellent. His approach to treatment is different from any other PT I've worked with. He's a great listener, extremely knowledgeable, and is focused on helping you achieve your physical goals. As someone who's developed muscle imbalances over the years from multiple knee and shoulder injuries, he's helping me relearn the basic lifts and movements and I couldn't be happier with my progress. The Arise Physical Therapy Instagram account also has some awesome content on there, so be sure to check that out as well. Can't wait to see the new location.

I have multiple interrelated orthopedic issues, the latest being a torn medial meniscus. Jason has treated me for years, and since he started Arise PT, he can use his gifts as an exercise-based physical therapist to the fullest. Under his care, I am now pain-free, and am hopeful that I can avoid surgery and resume all of my activities, particularly spinning. If you want to keep moving, move to Arise PT!

I am such a big fan of Justin. I started working with him to resolve a chronic pec/shoulder issue. Already, I feel as though I am on the right track. Justin has quite the combination of passion and expertise, and he’s an all-around excellent human being. Something I appreciate in particular is that Justin seeks to educate and motivate his clients. He wants us to have enough tools in the toolbox so that we see him less often.
I look forward to building on this progress!

Justin came very highly recommended by my family. After months of postoperative pain, I was skeptical. Somehow, he was able not only to figure out the source of my pain, but to help me be be a participant in the solution. He combines know-how with empathy and a sprinkling of detective. What a combination!
