I offer a variety of nutrition services at my office in Pasadena, or on-line wherever you are in the world! I offer a structured program in stages, to facilitate forward progress in your health, and to suit one's specific needs and budget, even if you don't want to commit to a huge program. We start with a complimentary phone or Zoom consultation to learn how it works and see what is possible.

I saw Harvey after going plant based and experiencing some issues with the transition. I was experiencing fatigue, hair loss, and new weight gain. He was very thorough in his analysis and helped me learn that it had a lot to do with my adrenal system. He helped me to make a plan for meal prepping, shared many useful resources for supplements, and helped me to identify a sustainable plan.

Harvey is a great listener and knows how to keep the client engaged and proactive in their own pursuit of health. His knowledge of nutrition and array of tools made my sessions with him informative and well-rounded. I learned about some of those hidden calories I wasn't paying attention to that can make pounds of difference. I also learned that I need to diversify my intake of foods. When it comes to the nutrition each person might have unique needs. Harvey helps you understand how your body and digest system works by walking you through various questions and tests. I visited him twice and my goal was to learn what I'm doing right and wrong in my daily diet and lose some weight. He helped me to understand my body requirements and balance my diet. He also provided great tips on losing weight by having a healthy diet and exercise. I easily lost 8 pounds in 1 and a half months by his tips. Working with Harvey helped me a lot moving through some physical ailments. I had Adrenal Fatigue and my system was burned out from the combination of over stimulating experiences and lack of sleep. Harvey's guidance towards foods that would help me recover and rebuild strength was instrumental in getting back to full energy. Harvey is great, he is really knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. I went to him because I wanted to push myself even further with getting in shape to the intense level like a pro boxer. He helped me so much by having me examine the sugar in my diet and the portions I was eating of vegetables, good carbs and alternate sources of protein.

I recently had my very first appointment with harvey. he's knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, he spent the time needed to explain why my food choices were less than optimal -- um, hello donuts! we discussed the changes i could comfortably make, and i've already added more veggies to my meals! as for the donuts, though, i'll have to take that under consideration.
