Inspired by the birth of my second child with midwives in 1989, I felt called to attend to women during this powerful and transformative time in their lives. Training first as a birth doula, then a childbirth educator, then an apprentice midwife, and ultimately completing California midwifery licensure in 2003, I have had the opportunity to work with women in home, hospital, and birth center.

With the lightest of touches, the CranioSacral Therapist can palpate the craniosacral system - the soft tissues and fluids that surround, protect and nourish your brain and spinal cord. Stress, injuries and traumas cause tension in these tissues, which in turn compromise the function of the central nervous system - and potentially nearly every other system in your body.

Abigail Reagan was fantastic to work with. She was our primary midwife for the home birth of our daughter in 2006. She was caring and professional. She was clearly an expert in her field and very thorough in her explanations of what she was doing. She teaches doulas and that level of expertise shows in the work she does.
The prenatal and postnatal aspects of the care she gave were just as important and useful as the day of the birth itself.
