The agency took a full payment for my park model home insurance. After five days I called for a proof of insurance form. At this time, the agent said he had been meaning to call me. That is when he told me State Farm does not insure park model manufactured homes. This was after billing me and not knowing he cannot insure my home. Unreliable and lacking in knowledge of the insurance business.

Tom Tatro and his staff are wonderful! I have 2 auto policies, a renter's policy and a mutual fund with them. Tom has always been very honest about what I need and don't need. His office keeps me well-informed and is a pleasure to deal with. When clients or friends are looking for an insurance agent, I give them Tom's name without reservation.
