Pre-planning means your family will not have the burden of making difficult decisions when you die and is intended for those who are planning for the future, not for an immediate need. We have used Marlene Robison for over 20 years to write pre-paid funerals and cremation services. We use Great Western Insurance Company to provide this service for those who want to pre-pay and pre-arrange their service.

I'm very happy with my experience at Boise Funeral Home and Cremation. My mother passed away and had pre purchased cremation services. As her son coming into the situation not knowing what's supposed to happen and how, they made it easy and straight forward. Good communication while awaiting the 5 death certificates we ordered. When it came time to pickup my mom's urn and personal property, I was surprised that there was no out of pocket expenses whatsoever related to the process for me. I just want to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Without you knowing it I have shared with many how wonderful and caring Boise Funeral Home & Cremation has been to my family in the hardest and saddest moments of our lives.

It's been a month and a half since my mom passed. It's been hard to write this because of how emotional that day was and how Boise Funeral conducted themselves. We chose Boise Funeral because of the good reviews. When David showed up, I asked how he was going to take my mom out to the vehicle to be transported. He stated that one of us family members would have to help him lift her and put her on the stretcher. This was absolutely inappropriate. Additionally, the vehicle he brought looked like a personal vehicle, no markings, it was a really old SUV (Escalade I think). The inside wasn't that clean

I can't say enough about the compassionate people at Boise Funeral Home/Aclesa Chappel. The owner, David Dembowski, was very kind, generous and accommodating of my rather unorthodox requests. His staff was also very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this funeral home based on my experiences with them.

5 stars times a thousand! Being from out of town and having to make arrangements for my son.....from the minute I walked in the door I was met by a kind and compassionate David. A freak accident suddenly took my brother, a son, father, grandson and uncle, away far to soon from our family. The thought of having to arrange his funeral was devastating. We were given David Denbowski's phone number. He is owner and Funeral Director of Boise Funeral Home, Aclesa Chapel. With just one phone call, David worked with all the people and authorities necessary, and as per our wishes, had my brother cremated and ready to come home within just 2 days.
