Clairmont Village

This used to have good service and there was great communication, but it has recently change owners. The owners are not easy to contact. When you contact the emergency line you are not helped in a timely fashion. I hope nothing serious happens because you will not get support from management; let alone hear from them for days. There are individuals that drive around and when asked about service or rent they direct you to the main office to communicate with management. When you go to the main office/call, because no one is ever there. They will say they are open till 5. That is not the case. They

They have a new company and a petty incompetent valley girl as the property manager. You would be choosing very poorly to rent here.

I really like my apartment. The staff are very nice and more than helpful. I signed a 15 month lease and will probably sign another one after my lease is up. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice apartment to rent. It's quite and all the neibors are nice as well.

The main champooo lady not sure if that's spelled right is rude and will be a reason for people not resigning a lease.

Apartment and community is amazing. Office staff is terrible, rude and condescending. They are the reason I will not be signing another lease and advise anyone else to avoid this place at all cost

After owning my own home for years, I was worried about making the move into apartment life. But downsizing was a must. In my younger years, I had lived in other complexes in the area and those experiences only added to my anxiety. Three years ago I moved into Clairemont Village Apartments and it turned out to be a great decision.
The location is central to all things Saginaw. Plus they just redid the roofs and landscaping on all their buildings ,so the outside of each unit looks great. I absolutely love my balcony and the way it overlooks a quiet, tree-lined street nearby.

Lived here for over 2 years with my boyfriend and we just resigned our lease for another 15 months. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. Whenever we need something fixed in our apartment it usually gets done within the same day I submit a request. Rent is affordable and the property manager Chompoonut Sae-Phoo is super friendly.
