It's been positive so far. I enjoy living here because the apartment is spacious, relatively up to date with decor, and it's pretty cute. I like the patio and am glad you accept pets. I'm pretty happy here.

Not a great place to rent. They are expensive and they really don't maintain the apartments the way they should for what they charge.

I take care of a lady there. She likes her home, she has lived there for about 5 yrs.

Very noisy neighbors even on the day they were supposed to be evicted.

This is a very nice apartment complex on the water. They just refinanced the property 2 years ago. I was looking for an apartment. However, due to federal, I was unable to rent due to my being enrolled in the HUD/VASH Program. Because they are federally funded, it would be like double dipping. When you walk into the office, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing. In these days when customer service is no longer a priority, it is nice to see the staff here being proactive rather than reactive!

I have lived in Waterside for 3 years. Two years in a 3 bedroom townhouse and 1 year in a one bedroom apartment. By far the best decision I have ever made. You will not regret living here. Office staff is friendly and more than willing to help. When I first moved in, maintenance was not the best. Seemed like I would put in maintenance requests and never hear back. However, now maintenance is much better.. so friendly and they do AMAZING work on the grounds.. the flowers are incredible. I am devastated I have to move out of this apartment to move closer to work. MOVE HERE AND YOU WILL LOVE IT!
