Had a rear flat tire and called here first... it was a Saturday and they said come on in no problem... got there and was helped immediately. The tech did not try to sell me anything that was not necessary - made good safe recommendations. Got the new tire and tube out on and was out the door in less then 15 minutes!

I come here for all our bike needs as a family of four. My kids put a lot of miles on their bikes, A minimum of 6 miles a day each. From repairing brakes to replacing new tubes or tires. Q did an excellent job servicing my daughters bike today. He instantly started working on it and was done in 20 minutes. Clayton at the front desk help me pull the bike out of my truck and then reloaded it afterwards. The staff are friendly very skilled and I will keep coming back!

Quick service with reasonable prices. The service department guy took my bike right in and repaired it while we waited. And this was a holiday.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped in to ask about purchasing an e-bike, and within 40 minutes I had tested several, found one that fit all of my needs, and bought it along with a helmet and some accessories. Shoutout to Alex, the super helpful employee who answered all of my questions and helped me make the fastest large purchase I've made in a while.

Best bike shop in town! The service was amazing - all the staff we worked with were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We knew nothing about bikes, racks, etc and they patiently explained everything. We went three times to complete all our purchases for our family of 4 and each time we received excellent service. Thank you Colt and your team for booking us up! Can't wait to get out in nature with our new bikes!

I bought a couple of bikes here a few years age. I go in maybe once a year for some ramdom purchase or minor tweak. I was in there today looking for an odd part I broke. Anthony recognizes me and asks how my wife is doing by name. After some chit chat I show him the part I broke. He says they do not sell it but will check to see if any of the wrecked bikes have have a good one. He took it off and gave it to me. You can pretty much buy an ebike anywhere these days. But it is rare to get this kind of service. I always feel like im dealing with family friends there. I've been treated the same

The staff at the Cyclist is top notch! Always friendly and helpful; It's so refreshing these days. They are also very thorough and professional. Whether you are looking for a bike (they have a huge selection) or you just need a tuneup, these are the folks you want to see. If you happen to go in on a day when Scott is working, you won't leave disappointed. He is a class act. Thanks for all your help, Scott!

My husband and I came to purchase some bicycles and they were having a Black Friday sale for 10% off all bikes, 15% off accessories, etc. I'm EXTREMELY indecisive so it took me and husband 2 whole hours to decide on bikes. Thankfully Alex, who was helping us, was super patient and knowledgeable. I was able to try around 10 bikes before making my decision. After the purchase, all details of the bikes were thoroughly checked by the staff to make sure everything was functioning well.
Alex also helped loading our bikes into the car so thank you so much for that as well!
Overall had a great experience

I called thinking I needed a tune up for my bike and over the phone they talked me into coming in for a safety check ($25.00). I brought my bike in and 30 minutes later they had completed some minor repairs. I was so elated I left them a tip.
My bike is running beautifully!

I had a flat tire and brought it in at 11am opening
I was first on line , techs were nice and replaced a tube for my tires flat . Quick and painless in 30 minutes
Made he happy to ride again so even bought some new sunglasses that were on display

I have purchased two bicycles from this shop. They take the time to find the right bike for you. They also fit the bike to you and make adjustments right away.
Anthony was the guy who helped me buy my second bike there which was my first full suspension moutain bike. He had me test three different bikes after asking questions about my riding history.
You won't go wrong coming here for all your bicycle needs.

Last weekend, we took our recumbent bike to The Cyclist Bike Shop so that some accessories could be added. I love the staff at this shop! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and engaging!

Alex Young took care of us while we were at the shop. He is so warm, professional and conscientious! He added the accessories and tightened everything that needed to be tightened.

I highly recommend this shop. The service is GREAT! It's worth the drive if you don't live close by.

Came here right when they opened on a Thursday morning, looking to find a bike to start commuting to work.

I was immediately greeted by the ladies in the sales area, and I proceeded to walk around looking at bikes, waiting for someone to make eye contact or come up to me to help.

After 10-15 minutes a gentlemen finally came up to me and asked If I had been helped, I responded no, and he asked what he could do.

I explained my situation, and he concurred with the recommendation given to me from my brother. (Giant Escape 3, or Marin Kentfield). He said he would check inventory, and I thanked him

I've been looking for a mountain bike in the Bay Area for weeks...no one had a medium at my price point ($1000).
Went into The Cyclist and Alex listened to what I was really going to do with the bike and showed me 4 that were just the right amount of bike! Everyone was super helpful and this bike, a Scott Sub Cross 30 Lady M54, was only $749. Thank you! We will be back on our next trip to So Cal.

Very helpful and quick to replace my sons evoke tire and replace the seat, grips, mirror, cell phone holder front light and add a basket !! He is so thrilled and the staff really worked with me to pick the best value and quality products, since I was clueless.

Hats off to Anthony who made the experience of getting on a new Bianchi - from the initial conversations, the build, the fitting, the purchase - one of the best experiences I've ever had. We also picked up a few Specialized bikes with Kelsey who was also stellar.

I stopped by the store looking to kill some time while my wife was taking care of some business. The selection and prices were great. I bought myself a new bicycle and bought my wife an electric bike for Valentine's Day. I took my bike home that day and picked her bike up a few days later. I am very impressed with the staff, everyone was great!
