Ordered online and came in-store to pick-up. The experience to pickup and friendly staff was amazing. Max was the one who helped me with questions, testing, fitting saddle height, and check-out. They also, made sure brakes, wheels, torques on group sets etc was optimized before taking the bike. While they had the bike they noticed small nick on handlebar grip, they immediately replaced it. Highly recommend. Awesome

Specialized Costa Mesa is the bomb shop for both dirt lovers and roadies. They have an amazing staff and unbelievable selection of bikes. The management and staff care deeply about the customer’s experience and therefore are the top shop in my book. Bought my 2021 Epic there and when I get back in to 24 hours of adrenaline shape I’ll be looking at some S-Works Enduros. Max is really good and Adriene(?) are awesome.

I drive from South Torrance/Redondo Beach to THIS location Costa Mesa, 40+ mile drive one way!! Over 80+ miles round trip just to come to see these guys and girls for their customer service. They go way beyond any expectations you’d think you would get. I feel like I get the red carpet treatment every time I go there. I bought my 2022 Turbo Levo there and I will buy all my bikes and accessories from them. I highly recommend Costa Mesa Specialized Bikes. Go there and you won’t be disappointed.

Leo and Ivan set the standard for customer service! I feel like family when I walk in that store! They treat you so incredible! I wouldn't go any other place! The whole staff is incredible! Their knowledge is top notch and they talk to you and listen to you! The best customer service you can ask for!

I looooove these guys. The whole staff is happy, friendly and just awsome😁😁😁😁😁. They fix all bikes and their bike repair service is amazing. I've taken my bike for repairs twice and they've given me excellent service. The prices on their bikes, bike gear and bike repairs/parts are at reasonable prices. They have earned themselves a regular customer!!! My Tahitian Sunset Nirve cruiser rides much better guys thanks again😘
