Scotty made me feel completely like I had as much information as possible after our home inspection. Hubs and I are purchasing our first place, so my dad and I walked the property and searched for issues - all of which Scotty found - plus more so that we knew what we were in for. My dad commented that he was impressed, and that’s a big deal!
Not only that, but he had a full, detailed report back to us the same day and I was able to generate a list of what we wanted done (repair/replace/cash/nothing) with notes and his pictures for our realtor to include with our request to the sellers.

Scott is an A+ professional. His reports are precise and accurate (something that is a rare find). He takes your calls or returns them promptly. His pricing is fair compared to others and he gets the job done as quickly as he can. If I could give him more stars I would rate him to infinity and beyond. Our realtor recommended Scotty and thank God she did! I’ve joked that if there was a nail in the backyard, he’d have found it! Not only did he catch some MAJOR issues we’d have missed, he caught a lot of things we didn’t think about, allowing us to make the most informed decision possible! He was professional and honest and went above and beyond to make sure every inch was inspected and no stone was left unturned! We won’t be purchasing a home now or in the future without his inspection if we don’t have to! Reasonably priced and worth his weight in gold!

We contacted Scotty for a home inspection on a property we wanted to purchase. He booked us for an inspection a few days out. He did the inspection and his price is reasonable and his home inspection is thorough. He is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. Scotty helped us with two houses during our home buying process. He helped us to avoid some major issues! He was kind and took his time explaining things to us. His report was very user friendly and I loved the feature of building your repair list, complete with photos. When we needed a buyer's inspection for a home in Lexington, we used Safe Haven. We reviewed the inspection report with a family member who owns and rents several properties. He called it "the most thorough inspection report I have ever seen."
