Gary inspected our house for a buyer. After the inspection, we did a walk through. We found damage to the antique front door lock.
I was able to get Gary's contact information from our agent.
I called Gary and he refused to accept responsibility for the damage and refused to pay for repairs. He ended up hanging up on me.
His unprofessional attitude in refusing to take responsibility speaks volumes about his integrity. Buyer beware.

Gary was great! Spoke with him on the phone today for a period of time as I needed to get some quick advice on a problem and wasn't sure who to call. He was very thorough with the clarity he gave and generous with his time. Although I didn't end up using him for a job specifically, he will be the next guy I will call to get my investment properties looked at!

Having the opportunity to work with Gary Tate was a great experience. He definitely takes his time with his services.
