David was amazing! He answered every call and question I had and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He got my inspection complete and the report sent to me within 48 hrs. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and helpful in all of his explanations. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection before buying a new home!!

David was with us throughout a new build inspection and found issues that were not up to code and then returned to reinspect and found that the repairs were not done correctly. The builders were taking shortcuts all over the house and I guess hoped we wouldn’t notice. David didn’t let that happen. He basically spelled out every issue and in the end we backed out of a shambles of a house. He explained so much to us and I learned a lot! We called him when we found another house and he came right out and did it all again. Fortunately this time the report was good and the issues that did need addressing
