When you schedule a viewing at 1am in the morning is so unprofessional. They also lie about alot of their things. The viewer said things to lead that it was ok and very highly a go on the property. Then the guy changed why he was declining why I wasn't approved. He said at first because my fiance was a security officer. Then didn't make enough which my family makes 3xs the amount of rent. Then evictions which I told them up front. So after reviewing the reviews I wish never wasted my time on this rental company.

Do not do business, or give these people money upfront. I did, and they took me, and put a renter in the house that only paid 2 month's rent. No rent paid now for 6 months. I have a mortgage on the house, and no money coming in. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't do business with this company.

I'd like to apologize. maybe i was a little upset over rent being raised however with market value being up its understandable. please rich i love my home and its were my children stay my mother lives up the street where i can take care of her. so i don't want to lose my home over a misunderstanding. honestly , i apologize and hope i can keep renting from you without upsetting you.

Warning do not hire scam alert real estate broker license #RB068545 and report to Pennsylvania Department of State. I hired them to oversee my properties I paid them in advance they said they were going to do a background check and screening of the tenants, they never did. the tenant they placed paid one month now I can't get them out of the property

My husband and I have been using LV 4 Rent now 2 years and have been extremely happy with Rich! We have 5 units that he manages for us. When we first signed on we had a tenant who was 3 months behind consistently for over a year and was provided several opportunities to catch up. We needed someone who was tough and knew the legal system. We gave our tenant one more chance and then Rich stepped in and helped us navigate the eviction process and came to court with us. I had the same family living at my property for more than 4 years. I was trying to manage the property myself, but It got too complicated for me to deal with. In the past I've had a small portfolio of under 20 units managed by other property management companies in the Lehigh Valley and have had nothing but trouble. Rich with Lehigh Valley 4 Rent has been a breath of fresh air. He is excellent at collecting rent, and renting out properties immediately. His service is by far the best I've experienced.

We have used a handful of property managers over the last few years and Lehigh Valley 4 Rent is by far the best. They are professional, always accessible, fairly priced and willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle rehab projects when necessary. They have resurfaced floors, put up walls to create new bedrooms/hallways, rehabbed bathrooms, and quickly handled all typical turnover (painting, spackling, cleaning etc).
