Michael Harden has been involved in all aspects of Property Management since the late 80's and has managed portfolios of Properties to include Residential, Commercial, Office, Industrial and Warehouse. Michael Harden was Director of Operations for a large Lehigh Valley based Management Company prior to opening MRH Enterprise LLC in 2007.

Never before have I experienced such terrible service from a property management group. It is as though they have zero management experience, although they hold themselves out a being in the business for several years. I strong suggest that anyone looking for a competent management company look elsewhere.

I have been living in a property managed by MRH for 5+ years. Not once have I had an issue with their management that did not get resolved in a timely manner. MRH manages PROPERTIES, not your personal business. They have always been extremely attentive to requests made by me and other homeowners. Even during COVID-19, they continued to work and made sure everything was in order in my community. I had reached out to manager, Sarah Pomillio, concerning snow removal during the storms. MRH Enterprises and especially Josh have been a pleasure to work with. They are prompt in response time to any issue presented and have always been courteous and knowledgeable in assisting me with any issues I have had. Josh is familiar with our many bi-laws and guides us in the best direction for our association. He visits the property frequently and takes care of all the small repairs we take for granted. MRH has been managing our property for almost 10 years and we have a great working relationship with them. As with any other company we have our bumps in the road, but they always strive to provide excellent service. They are very responsive to homeowner issues and are in constant communication with the board. They handle all of our contract bidding for us and perform project management services to see any special projects through. Over the years the have provided us with numerous cost savings through this process. I would definitely recommend them to manage your property.

I have worked with Josh and MRH for several years as a Board Member and current President of our Condominium Association. Josh has been very responsive and always seems to be available to address any issue. Josh has proved to be a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting the Board.
