One great positive is Gabrielle, a massage therapist, she is excellent!! One negative is the $100 upfront charge to fill out paperwork and have the chiropractor go over it. I’ve been to two other chiropractors in the last 10 years and neither of them had a charge like this. The second disappointment is the front desk person gave me totally incorrect information. She said my adjustments were at no cost with my insurance but I’d have to pay the $45 for a 30 minute massage.
I just got a bill in the mail with a balance forward of $45.87 (from Dec 2020) and a total due of $61.16 for 4 manipulations

Dr. Colby and the staff at Integrative Healthcare Solutions are truly amazing. Dr. Colby is always patient when answering questions and walking me through the treatments. I had originally come in for plantar fasciitis, but through the diligent care of IHS I came to realize that most, if not all, of my pain was a result of a back injury from a couple years ago. I like the relaxing environment of the office and the staff are always so nice. Diana and Samantha always have a smile on and are easy to talk to. Thank you IHS!
