After two back surgeries for lower lumbar fusions the pain eventually came back on a higher level lumbar compensation. I decided to give Dr. D a chance to see if he could help me avoid a third surgery. He helped me with stretching and posture training as well as adjustment sessions until I was back to no pain. I wish I had come to him prior to my first surgery! If you are contemplating surgery or or just in pain, go see Dr. D first!

When I went to Dr "D" a little over 2 months ago I was dealing with 3 herniated disks and bone spurs in the Lumbar section of my back. The pain was quite intense. There were several periods when I couldn't walk as a result. Dr "D" took xrays and I had an MRI done at Beaches open MRI. Dr "D" determined a plan to deal with my issues and assured me that if I did my part while he did his, I would find relief. He was absolutely right. I am completely pain free and have been now for about 3 weeks. I have and will continue to recommend anyone to Dr "D" and the entire staff @ Intercoastal Chiropractic

After suffering from regular migraines for 8 years, I went to Dr. D in desperation. I had never been to a chiropractor before and Dr D came highly recommended. After being given medicine after medicine to try and treat the migraine pain, I was willing to try anything for relief.
Dr D was able to develop a plan to treat me and the migraines have stopped. I have not had a migraine since seeing Dr D. I finally have the relief I was hoping for.

I came here last week with a severely painful locked neck and upper back. It was so bad I could barely move. This office got me in within a few hours & Dr. D performed an X-ray on me and discovered I have scoliosis! Over the course of one week he helped me immensely with his skilled adjustments. His staff is so sweet and caring, not to mention so sympathetic. I feel like everyone here really cares so much. I got a massage today that was incredible & another adjustment and I’m so impressed with the quality of care here. If you are looking for professional, experienced & compassionate chiropractic

I will give 10 stars if I could. I was a little skeptical about chiropractors but I can honestly say it is wonderful. I regret not going sooner. The staff is friendly and very professional. The establishment is clean and peaceful. I felt better by the 2nd treatment. It has helped tremendously with my back aches and more importantly with my migraines. I have suffered for over 15 years and have been on different medications, but once I started going to the chiropractor it has helped me A lot. I used to get 6 migraines a week and since I’ve started I’m down to 3 and some weeks 2. Major improvement

Dr D. is a true master of his craft and has helped transform both my physical well being in regard to my back and neck , but also how I approach physical fitness. Specifically he has taught me what workouts are good for my body, and which ones I should avoid. I can confidentially say my back is stronger and more pain free than I can recently recall. If you demand meticulous attention to detail, and clinical excellence, Dr D. Is the guy you want working on your neck and back.

I had never visited a chiropractor before, however on the advice of a good friend I called Dr DeVincentis and not only were they able to work me in on extremely short notice, but also got my back feeling better on the first visit and almost fully recovered in only a few weeks. Staff is great, very courteous and friendly too. Highly recommend!

So far so good, professional and caring staff. As my first time going to the chiropractor he walked me through the X-Rays, explaining what was the cause of my pain. He then showed me ways to prevent the tightness in my lower back. Good pops too. Although the pricing can come off as confusing the staff does a thorough job of explaining what you are paying for. Worth the money so far.
