I am thoroughly disappointed with how they are handling my hostile roommate. They refuse to help with the destruction of property and clear violations of government laws. And said if we dont figure it out amongst ourselves, we will all have an eviction on our rental record. We are not a family. we are not responsible for the doings of one person over the age of 18. Law enforcement has been involved. They told us this is a civil matter that is to be dealt by our landlord. I nor my other roommates feel safe in our home. We have rights as renters and I think they forget that sometimes. If anyone has

Well, it's been 2 months waiting on a reasonable accommodation request to be able to breathe due to the cigarette smoke ever present outside and now I am not even safe inside my apartment. The odor of someone downstairs harvesting their pot has choked me out of my own home. I can't turn on the bathroom fan, I can't get ready for work and my head is pounding. Will Bunting be paying my lost wages due to a migraine? Repeated filing of paperwork, emails and pictures- still nothing. No response. But you'd better believe they'll keep expecting my rent check. Worse environment ever. Slum lords extraordinaire
