Wrongfully towed from a spot that I was informed by the chase staff that I could park in, never had an issue until today. An email was sent out at the absolute last possible minute informing people that they can no longer park there. I heard multiple others were affected as well. This is misinformation on their part and those affected need to be reimbursed.

They have not fixed their parking situation. There is never any parking after 5pm. Guest parking is never available. They instructed us to park in front of the houses down the street. The houses down the street will tow your car when you park there! I have had my car broken into and now I just got towed! Moving when my lease ends! RENTERS BEWARE!!!

I was lucky enough to get a 1 bedroom with a sweet view of the pool area. Super nice and always clean facility. Very quiet! If your looking to party look elsewhere or else you'll stand out
Maintenance comes within 1-2 days if you need any repairs. the office staff is the nicest girls you'll ever meet. It's the only apartment complex I have ever seen in the area GATED. So that makes it super. The only cons I'd have to say is the parking, thin walls and no elevators. But if your single or just have a pet you'll love it!! Super pet friendly complex

My husband and I lived here with our two cats for two years. We absolutely loved it here! The staff was always very helpful, the gym and pool area was always well kept. We would have lived here longer, but space just got tight as we have a baby on the way. We moved out in July and were only charged at move out for fair things -- they didn't overcharge like other leasing managements have in the past.
We are overall very happy with our experience and were sad to leave. But on a happy note, we ended up moving just a block away to Chase Village since we liked the company so much!

Renting at this place has been one of the best experiences of my renting life. Staff is uber welcoming some of the nicest and most understanding that I've run into. They even helped us get a better deal on our place. Having dogs in Eugene has not been the easiest, but they were so welcoming and didn't bat a eye with our German/husky mix. He warmed up to them instantly. The units and appliances look almost brand new. It's so quiet I thought I didn't even have neighbors the first 2 weeks. Kitchens and bathrooms have ton of space which is why I fell in love. Our patio is perfect they even let me have

Its been just 3 Days since I moved in. Everything about this apartment is well made and maintained. Manager Nader was really helpful, I mean send him a mail and he will reply in 5 mins. Security here is top notch, if u get robbed here trust me the only way would be if it was an inside job.
Just one problem. THEY DON'T HAVE ELEVATORS/ LIFT. With 3 floors not having an elevator really sucks, so gotta dock a star for that.

The apartment complex is well maintained and support staff are wonderful (Shout out to Nader). I have seen some reviews about stolen bikes and people using pool at night 2 o clock. But most of these reviews are from 2013. Since then it looks like they have fixed those problems. It's one of only few apartments you get both AC and Heater in Eugene.
There is one big minus point though NO ELEVATORS!!. I recommend taking first floor even though it comes without bath tub. You don't want to carry everything to 3 Rd floor. Especially considering the security doors, you have to bypass 6 doors

I have lived at Chase for almost 2 years now. I have to leave for financial reasons but I would love to stay. Lindsey is so kind and goes above and beyond for a manager. It's pet friendly which is a huge plus! The apartment itself is beautiful. It kind of feels like a hotel at first but is easy to make homey. I've never had a problem with parking or the gates. Plus I've had a bike here the whole time and it has never been stolen. Maintenance is always crazy fast and does their job wonderfully. It is annoying to be right by the freeway but you get use to it. I bought a white noise

Although we have not started a lease yet with this company, I wanted to write a review about my correspondence with them.
I have been working with Nader to set up a unique type of housing situation. Nader has answered all of my calls (lots of calls!) and was informative and polite during each. He helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for and never seemed to get annoyed. He made what is usually a stressful process quick and stress-free.

I lived here for a year and a half and it was not very pleasant. The apartment was decent with nice fixtures but the industrial carpet was miserable and all the grey was dismal. And by the way, if you plan on getting a unit on the first floor, don't expect a bathtub. The model unit had a bathtub and I was not told that first floor units only had stall showers. I thought living in a gated complex with security cameras would be safer but it did not make a difference. Multiple bikes,mine included, were stolen out of the locked bike garage and at the time the security cameras were down. Our car

Assigned parking in a gated community, but you are stuck outside if someone takes your spot. Good luck getting the night manager to help. Usually doesn't answer the phone. There is a pool that is heated in summer, closed the rest of the year. Hours are 9am to 8pm, but people are in the pool at 2am. So it's cool if you don't care about the rules because no consequences, but sucks if you want to get some sleep. Mostly college students live here, halls occasionally smell like weed. New appliances in the apartments. Floor is pretty hard, no padding in the carpet.

I'm not one who usually even writes reviews, but people need to beware of this apartment complex. The management is horrible. They don't return phone calls. The night manager who is supposed to be there for the "24 hour" hotline never answers. Office is always empty. Assigned parking, but if your spot is taken by someone else, don't expect management to do anything about it. Their advice is park outside the gate and walk in. Pool is advertised, but not heated so it is never used. The keys they give you don't even work for the pool area, so you have to hop the fence
