Psych Partners is a collaborative team of psychologists with a passion for helping people find balance in their lives. We are dedicated to supporting individuals, families, veterans, and those with special circumstances who seek mental and emotional health. We specialize in over 20 different types of therapy areas, and have 35+ years of combined experience in the mental health profession.
Each person's journey will vary depending on their unique challenges and goals. We are in this field because we have seen people achieve tremendous gains from this kind of work. However, one size does not fit all. The length of treatment and sessions depends on the situation. A regular counseling session will last 50 minutes.

No one answers the phone (the first 3 times you call even if you leave a voicemail ) automated voice says they will call you back within a business day, no they will not. the first time I spoke with the receptionist was fine, after finally receiving a call back, the therapy i was originally looking for wasn't available, so I wanted to call back to find another option (took 4 calls). the second time she was "nice enough" and laughing because she didn't know about the therapy i asked about. I was irritated while we spoke because of the amount of times i had to call (4 times) and

The team of providers is wonderful. I have been going since the week they opened and I referred my kids, colleagues and several friends - all of whom are exceedingly happy with the services received. The office itself is beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend them without hesitation (as I said, I have). John is always organized and helpful and Brenda's guidance has been invaluable for me and my loved ones.

Chloe was very helpful over the phone to get me the next available session, they even helped me set up my online portal where it was supposed to take place. It's important to have a kind heart in these uncertain times and they made me feel cared for! Therapy over the computer can feel a bit disconnected for some people but i think it helped me open up more in a way in person just couldn't.

The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is like no other office I've been to. The therapists really care about you and so do the staff. I love psych partners and I recommend them to everyone!! they are doing their best with COVID-19 and I called and got seen very very soon. Most other places can't see you until December ! Psych partners is the best!!!

This place is extremely unprofessional.The gentleman name by John Crowe,, Told me that he was on vacation and he was doing me a favor by making my appointments which by the way he canceled twice. When I asked him why he was canceling for the second time he told me that the doctor told him that he was a clinical on-match for me. It goes without saying how my clinical on match for an appointment that he made with a doctor that I haven't seen yet. I don't know who's in charge here but I'm definitely don't like hearing from Mr. John that he handles grievances on a day-to-day

Dr. McGregor and her team are a fantastic group of therapists that provide great service and care to their clients. Dr. McGregor's decade long experience working with military and military family members provides her with the ability to truly understand and help. Her team of therapists do an great job of addressing a variety of mental health and substance abuse related problems.

When Psych Partners moved in next door to our offices, we were all SO excited because almost all of us had expressed the desire to find a therapist. We practically stormed their office en masse, asking for an appointment! Brenda McGregor is loving, attentive, SMART, and has worked in her field for a very long time. She brings insights to your situation and makes YOU see things that you might not otherwise have realized. I love this woman, because at even now, I need to be gently reminded to practice self care and be true to myself and who I am. #bestneighborever

D. Dabe is an amazing therapist who I would recommend to everyone. The atmosphere in this office is something I've never felt in a mental health office, you feel welcomed and supported not like a patient. I love the psych partners family every clinician is more than qualified amazing place for sure!
