Needed insurance quickly after dealing a whole six months with a crappy one. Came across this office and have been nothing but IMPRESSED. Marissa has been extraordinary helpful. Jeff Morgan/State Farm has been my insurance carrier for 20+ years. He has provided services for my first car to all of our insurance needs including home and business through out the years. The numerous claims we've had to file from theft of car, to home flooding, to various business needs, have been extremely easy to deal with. The team at his office and the corporate office has been attentive, courteous, and efficient in our dealings. I've compared many other insurance companies for the coverage provided, however, the service provided by Jeff Morgan is exceptional and very though to give up

Our family have had our auto policies for four cars with this insurance agent for approx. 10 years. Given the tenure with this agent and the fact that he is in the customer service industry, one would reasonably expect fair, courteous and professional treatment from Mr. Morgan and his underling, Maria. My wife requested that the medical payments coverage be removed from our policies but was outright denied with the reason given that it is their office's policy to have that coverage, notwithstanding whether or not the customer needs it or not.
