Perfect location and exceptional services! The studios are bright and spacious and offer an incredible view. The staff is extremely helpful and will do anything they can to make your life easier. I have worked with a lot of studios in nyc and this is by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommended

I just attended a charity event at this space and it was my first time being here ever so why not Yelp about it. The event I was attending was for the Carlin Dunne Foundation and he was a professional motorcycle racer who was tragically killed at the famous Pikes Peak race. It was held by Ducati Motorsports which was the kind of bike Mr. Dunne rode. In addition to the silent auction items related to the sport, Ducati had a dozen or so of their newest bikes. It was at this event that I learned that they would NOT be at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show which was going to run this

What a great space. Visited this venue for the first time three weeks ago and loved it. My local church was hosting a prayer gathering for a couple of weeks and we were hosted in the most amazing venue. Location is super clean, style is modern, and views are unbeatable.
Also I love that I was able to drive in and find reasonable parking nearby. I would certainly consider this space for future events as it is super spacious and presentable.
The 14th floor also has cool features including a life size chess and other games which may be a good space for photo shoots.
Everyone should check this place

13th floor for the Passport to the Arts annual wrap party. Ushers were super friendly and the space is perfect to catch the sunset. There were probably over 800 people but it never felt crowded or suffocating. The lay out and large windows (which can be opened for air) assured the lofty feel and all the service staff were attentive. I asked if they hosted weddings and they don't have a track record of doing so, but I'm sure they could accommodate with their full kitchen and back of house facilities.
