Zach is not the first personal trainer I have had, but he is the first personal trainer that combined a nutritional plan and a workout routine with spiritual awareness. Through his nutritional plan, I lost 15 pounds within six weeks. It became obvious to me in short order that Zach has extensive knowledge of the mechanics and processes of the body.

This allows him to custom tailor your plan for success. As a life coach, Zach has insight beyond his years. His extensive study of Eastern and Western philosophies allows him to use tools that get to the essence of goal setting and goal achievement. I have found Zach's observations and guidance to be invaluable in achieving my life goals.

Personal training with Zach is unlike training with any other fitness coach. Zach believes that your fitness routine should be enjoyable, and if you don't like working out, he'll make sure that you at least enjoy your sessions together! Zach develops individually tailored workouts, maximizing the benefit of the entire time spent together, as well as helping your body to maximize its metabolic effect as a result of each training session.
It is Zach's life purpose and mission to help others remember their deepest hearts, the deepest place within themselves, that aspect of them that is Infinite, Divine, Oneness. Zach has made it his promise to be an example to others, to inspire them to search within the depths of their soul to realize their Inner Light, the I AM Presence.
For each new client an existing client refers, the existing client will receive FREE sessions. As a way to say thank you for allowing me the privilege of helping you attain your goals, I will be sending existing and previous clients "Training Coupons." These will typically be FREE sessions that I will offer all of you at various times during the year.
