I know not everyone loves working out as much as I do. It is my professional goal to make your fitness experience as fun and effective as possible. With a concept centered around your personal fitness goals and training in my private, boutique studio, you will enjoy an individually tailored program uniquely your own.

If you come in to train with me, you don't have to worry about all the nonsense of initiation fees or monthly dues at a typical gym. It's just you and me in my private space. During this pandemic I take your safety very seriously. I clean between every client and have precautions in place for your well-being.
Services
This is more of my traditional personal training approach to fitness. I combine bodyweight, free weight, medicine-ball and bosu-ball exercises for a full-body work-out. Suspension training that uses a system of ropes that allows the user to work against their own body weight. It is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed.

I love my private hour of fitness training with Rachel. I look forward to it weekly because it is fun and my physical benefits have been amazing!
Every workout is different as she sums up my current abilities; strength, balance and endurance. Then she pushes me past that!
I asked her to work with me on my strength downhill skiing. Now I'm doing TRX, squats, core, more squats...careful what you ask for. The studio has lots of fun exercise equipment and Rachel skillfully and intuitively works me on just what I need. Some days I just ask for yoga and she creates the perfect stretch and Zen

I got the opportunity to have another yoga session w/ Rachel & found her to be easy to follow & she also makes it so much fun! Rachel’s is a great teacher & patient w/ those still learning. I had a wonderful experience w/ her & recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer or in her Sunday class at 24 hr fitness. Check her out! You won’t be disapppointed that’s for sure.

I've been doing yoga with Rachel for the last few months. As someone who suffers from severe scoliosis and chronic back pain, this class has left me feeling pain free for the first time in my life! Her classes are also motivational and always leave you feeling energized for the day. If you're looking for yoga in Reno, I highly recommend Rachel's studio!

I have taken classes with Rachel for over a year now. She would come into Zumba with confidence and a smile that lit up the room. She is always happy. Until recently, I hadn't taken a class taught by Rachel because I get in my little comfort zone and am afraid to venture out.

Rachel is a great instructor/coach/trainer. I've been a regular at one of her spin classes for over a year now. No matter what your sport, Rachel is a great trainer. She's enthusiastic and positive and has helped me to really improve core strength. If you're looking for someone to really keep you motivated and excited about personal fitness, Rachel at Union Studio is your best bet.
