The pressurized un-weighting system provides a safe environment for agility training for the advanced athlete all the way to senior citizens. The un-weighted part comes from a person being un-weighted, over an above average treadmill. We fit you into a custom designed vest that is attached to an overhead suspension system.
We realize that our training methods may not be for everyone, so we offer a FREE no hassle trial of three sessions, this gives you a chance to see how you react to the vibration training. We spend the first training going over the basics of vibration training, and a few exercises and then progress to more exercisers and less talk through the second and third sessions.

I've been working with Dennis and the other trainers at Personal Trainer Reno for more than fifteen years in a program designed to improve my core strength, flexibility and balance. This is a professionally designed program and workouts vary each session and my progress is tracked to keep me on course. I'm definitely in my best shape since high school!
