I feel like which ever employee you get here will do a great job and you are in good hands. I'm not sure which young Lady did my nails this time but they are So cute for Halloween had to share! And Tao did my pink set a month before. Tina and Van always do an amazing great job as well for nails. For my pedicure I usually always go with ruby, she always fixes up my toes & with the best massage.

In Style has been my go to nail salon for the last couple years. Making an appointment is definitely the way to go. Everyone I encounter is kind and helpful. There are some days that are busier than normal and Ive never felt forgotten about while I'm waiting. I suggest them to whoever asks for a recommendation and plan to make my next appointment soon

My wife and i have been coming here for a few years now,service is great the ladies actually do care about their customers.i truly enjoy my mani/pedi each time we come.great work,atmosphere ladies are very nice.gets busy so i recommend making an appointment.tv's massage chairs while gettin pampered.usually the only guy in here but not all of us know to take care of your feet and hands..love coming here.......plus i gain brownie points with my wife

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Today was the worst experience ever. I believe she was the owner and she cut me twice today on each of toes on both my feet. Do not go here. I've been here many times before and the service was fine by everyone else except for her (boss lady). But today, perhaps the lady was having a bad day but don't take it out on my toes. She didn't apologize and I asked her how much for what she did and said $15!!!! Thanks for making me bleed and not saying sorry. You have lost a customer and hopefully

Helen, I'm not confused! You guys are all rude! As soon as customers walk in not even a simple hello! Or welcome! Very RUDE! Specially as a business owner you should know better! Reason I wasn't on your client log was because I never gave you my info. When I started coming it was good but you guys started getting bad., just look at how many stars you have and all the bad reviews as well. I know it's not easy having a business but remember you have no business without us & just the smallest things like greeting your customers goes a long way! Or when you tell your client

Really bad service, made an appointment at 12 the day prior and came in for a full set and a pedicure.
I was seated in the chair, would have been nice to know that the nail techs were behind but was informed after I had mention my appointment was at 12pm it was already 12:30 when I did mention it. None the less two clients come in after me and they were helped BEFORE ME. Don't want to imply that it felt sexist but surely did feel that way.
After waiting an hour for our appointment we were helped out and honestly the work was great by Tina, receptionist has to be a better job.

It is very unusual for me to give a review like this. But after what I went through and how I felt, I think it's necessary for this business to understand and reflect on what just happened 5 mins ago. I walked in and asked for a pedicure. Right away, I did not feel welcomed by their look on their faces. They told me to wait and I decided to wait because I really wanted to try a new nail place. One of the nail technicians told me to sit down on a spa chair. Turned on the water and brought all her supplies. But I noticed that she looked very upset. I felt that it is a very difficult time for

First time here.. very pleased! Everyone was very nice. Easy to make a reservation. The place was very clean, with shields to protect you. They took our temperature which I appreciate. It's a bit more expensive than I expected, but you pay for what you get! A spa pedicure and gel manicure came to about $55. I paid for the second level pedicure, $38, to get all the extras. The only complaint is that I don't feel like my dried heels were scrubbed well.. they are still rough.

Hi Van. Thank you for your response. I really appreciate the communication. At this time, I am a little reluctant to have anything done to my hands and feet. If you would like to help me, I would just like to receive my money back for the services that obviously were not to my satisfaction or up to safe and helathy standards. If you are willing to do that, please let me know and I will contact your manager. My services were for $63 on that day. I have my debit card statement for verification.

Instyle Nails....Been coming here a while now and I love this place. Tina and Van are amazing ...they all are amazing. Never have any complaints. Just recently went to another place..because it was a gift ...and was very disappointed. They couldn't do any kinds of designs at all and then tried to discourage me from getting gel. Also couldn't understand very well. Instyle does amazing artwork. I'm flashy and they always make me happy. From design to chrome to hombre and just about anything. Take a picture with you and just explain what you want and they always come through. Very clean
