Do market analysis just prior to listing your house; can get more rent when rental demand is high (summer months). If you’re thinking about renting from this company, DONT DO IT! You’ll notice the owners love to use them as property managers and the renters give the bad reviews. That’s because they don’t spend ANY money to do repairs and “save” the owners money. I’ve been living on White Cedar Lane for almost 2 years. #158. There are repairs that were promised to be done BEFORE I moved in and they STILL haven’t been done. If you’re thinking about moving in here, take a look under the sink in the kitchen and master bathroom to see the water damage that was supposed to be fixed. The fireplace

I met Snap after a terrible experience having to buy new appliances every time one broke down at the old house I had rented. He gave me some great advice and because he didn’t have to take the time to do that, I rented my next home with his company for 2yrs. This has been a great experience. We found ourselves unexpectedly having to move due to military orders. We were going to be unable to sell our house, so we reluctantly rented it out. We were stationed on the other side of the country and relied solely on Snap to take care of our property. He kept it rented the entire time and 6 years later when it came time to put the house on the market he not only handled getting the house "market ready" he put us in touch with a realtor who was able to sell it quickly. Snap and his team has been managing my property for 3 years. He was always able to find very good tenants, with back-to-back leases. He has always been responsive, does periodic inspections of the property and has a network of handyman and contractors which do a good job at very low cost. The management fee he charges is very, very reasonable.

Snap and his employees are honest, hard working, and compassionate. As a tenant, he is very direct in his management style, but is always super gracious and will make sure you are taken care of. As an owner, he will ensure that your property is well taken care of, down to the smallest detail. As a renter, I was 100% satisfied with the performance of SPM.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews for this company. I’ve had a WONDERFUL experience with Snap after firing my previous property management company for neglect.
Snap was referred to me by a friend..he’s always courteous and I appreciate his candidness with managing my property.
