My family was very interested a property that Williamsburg Property Management has for rent. After trying to contact them via a website, writing emails, and calling (and leaving messages) every other day for a week, we finally received a phone call back. I conveyed how we really wanted to tour this property. It was decided that I should text when I had my family calendar with me so I could schedule it. Not only were the two texts I sent requesting a tour not answered, no one is picking up their office phone. We’ve had enough of trying to chase someone down to become their customers and are moving

I wish. I had come across this web sight months ago. My review is the same as another. Reviewer. Ms walker. I found a property back in September I liked fast forward to December it took them 17 days to run our credit they took over $80 from us for a credit check they were impossible to get on the phone they had different phone numbers they don’t respond but they took my money orders out of their mailbox for the credit check and that was the last time I heard from them if there’s something wrong those people pick up the phone and tell you but I truly believe that this company is scamming people

When I applied they were friendly but after they got the application fee I never heard back. I called their office a few days after but got no answer. I called 20 times and left multiple messages but they refused to answer or call back. I found it to be so rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to them or suggest to anyone due to unprofessional and sketchiness.

If you rent a property from them, I would recommend you get everything in writing especially responses to maintenance requests and your move out. I often had to ask about the status of maintenance requests, some of which were never fully addressed, such growing mold and mildew, or resolved. Our deposit was returned 5 days later than what was stated in the lease because they misplaced our move out letter with our forwarding address.

If I could give this organization a 0 star, I would.
Absolutely the worst, most unreasonable people ever! They act like tirents and treat you as a customer like a criminal. They will find anything possible whether real or perceived to charge you extra or to take your security deposit from you! They will not give you any warning for a violation, they will just fine you $500 or more.
DO NOT LEASE OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Do not rent with this company. If you do, don't expect to get your deposit back, you'd be better off letting them keep it instead of paying $673 for required post-move-out carpet cleaning and deodorizing (even the carpet cleaners noted that deodorizing is unnecessary and knew of Inga by name) and $350 for required professional cleaners from a list they provided (but wouldn't vouch for). Not to mention the $358 we spent in replacing blinds, patching up nail holes, replacing filters, and other minor things. I patched up all the nail holes in the walls and painted them over to match with results that

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! If you do, please please please read your lease extremely carefully before you sign anything. My roommate and I are honest to god tenants and we took really good care of the house we rented. This place REQUIRE you to pay for cleaning services by the end of the lease (they also have companies they "prefer", which basically means you have to hire their preferred cleaning companies). We didn't get any of our deposit back (over $1000) when we've already paid over $400 for required professional cleaning. Also, beware of PET POLICIES if you don't want to be fined for $1000 for
