BEWARE! They are easy to rent from, because they will try to keep your deposit and charge you more than they should so they can do renovations on the property after you move. A word to the wise do not rent from these people and if you do and they try to screw you over, take them to court like I did and I won!! Actually they called us with an offer because they knew they were dead wrong. People do what you let them do to see if they can get away with it and this company will definitely try to screw you over. Desirable Management Is an amazing company for everything real estate. They helped me get my first home was patient and worked with me through the entire process. When that home became a rental home they have taken care of all of my property management needs including, but not limited to, rent collection, eviction, repairs, and general day-to-day issues that arise when dealing with a rental property. I’ve been living at City Studio Apartments for almost 4 years and love it. It’s quite, the other residents are quite, peaceful & friendly. Maintenance is professional, always on time and out to your apartment the next day to fix any problems. Office staff is professional, nice and always try to help you with any and all questions

I am very grateful for the professionalism with which Desirable Management and Ms. Kirkendall managed my condo. All terms of the property management contract were clearly explained and fairly rated regarding management fees. I had a challenging tenant when she first assumed the responsibility of managing the property. She sailed through the transition and ensured the unit was refurbished and ready for rental listing as soon as possible. I wish I could give Lakesha 10 stars because she is so professional and amazing to work with. Her automated system allows payments to be deposit right into your account of choice. She also had the expertise and knowledge to assist me with a COVID renter. She knew how to navigate that process because everything was changing. She constantly stayed abreast on the changes and updated me on the next course of action. She is an excellent property manager she actually can "DO IT ALL." She even has an amazing list of great contractors, every person she has recommended has been professional with A+ service

Mrs. Lakesha and Ms. Kendall are true professionals! They make me feel comfortable talking to them. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is always resolved in timely manner. The complex she manages is nice and quiet and she's hands on, and you don't really see that now a days with apartment managers which really means a lot to me. I definitely recommend Desirable Management! Mrs. Lakesha and her staff are awesome!🙂

All beat up, like Mike Tyson lived here, the front
door also is all beat up, the place was dirty,
Kitchen Cabinets about to fall off of the
Wall, the bathroom door is a model from
The early eighties, all beat up! The walls
Itself were never painted, still has groves
in the wall from last tenant. They make
you pay 20.00 a month for filters for the
Heater! Also the bath tub is peeling, needs
Remodeling, the kitchen floor is cracking,
She never came in and

I'm impressed with Desirable Management LLC, owner Mrs. Lakesha professionalism and dedication. Lakesha has managed my rental property for 10 years up until a week ago of the sale of the property (she was my realtor as well). I truly can say for years I was stress free because she know how to establish and handle clients in a professional manner. She hands on working with all parties, experience, quick to response back and market knowledge.
