You delivered the floral arrangement on time. Last night I spoke with my friend Jane Levy, the recipient. She was absolutely thrilled with the flowers and said that the arrangement was exquisite and perfect.

I really wish they had a --⭐️ Option! Do not order from here! They did not deliver and made several excuses in why they didn’t deliver for a sweet 16 birthday.
The first excuse they gave was that the driver had an emergency. The second excuse was that the driver didn’t want to leave them at the front door. They offered a $10 coupon and my delivery tip back. They are not accommodating and everything about this company feels very scam-like. I asked them if they would deliver to a funeral the next day? PLEASE Make sure to read the BBB reviews too as those reviews are very similar to my experience

Ordered flowers and balloons for same day delivery. Was assured it would get there that day. Not only did it not get there until late the following day they had no balloons or ANY add ons! The person I got them for had already left town. God forbid you try their customer service number. Make sure you have and hour to waste. Just go to 1-800-Flowers. Will never use a "local' florist again!!!

I had a great experience. In the case of having to send flowers in such a tragic experience of loosing someone it is nice to have a joyful and sweet voice on the other side of the line and that is what I experienced with Cotton Blossom Flower Shop!
I had called a few flower shops in the area and Cotton Blossom was hands down the best and most helpful shop.
I would 10/10 recommend them for all your floral needs!

This company is unreliable and unethical. I ordered a birthday bouquet for $45 and they added on another $30 in service fees, then contacted me the day the delivery was scheduled requesting that I pay an additional $28 in order to have the delivery made by a second company to which they would outsource. On top of it all, they wouldn't actually be delivering the flowers as promised, but a day late. So they quoted one price, charged another, then failed to deliver the flowers when ordered, only offering to charge me MORE to have the flowers delivered a day late. That is completely unacceptable. Total scam. When placing birthday boquet order, I was assured that delivery would be that same day. Long after the fact, these idiots emailed me saying their one delivery driver (for an online service?) called out sick with COVID. Then, they contacted the intended recipient and told her they were just too busy to deliver that day. Buyer beware! This is an absolute bonehead business. And just read how many more reviews tell this same, sad story (and worse). Business address traces back to a small, private residence in California. Flowers are usually beautiful no matter what but the arrangement I received has got to be the ugliest arrangement I've ever gotten. Brown mums, orange tiger lilies and orange roses, not to mention NO filler flower of any kind and the greens were brown spotted. Did I mention they came in a low tray like most FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS!! Straight to the trash can!!!
