I had a fantastic experience at HM Cole. They provided a wonderful consultation in building my suit and then they measured me with extreme precision- when I picked it up we needed no alterations. On top of all that, they have more than just “Mormon” suits and they were kind and professional.
I’d recommend this place over any other custom suit store- they knocked my first experience out of the park.

I was so disappointed with our experience here, and I would NEVER go here again. First, the suit came back from Thailand with the wrong measurements. Then, they sent it again and accidentally sent the same wrong measurements. No one in the actual store does the tailoring so it's very hard to know what you are going to end up with. It came back for a second time the wrong size. This was 5 days before our wedding. They rushed to fix it and put multiple shoulder pads in to even it out. They pulled it so tight over the abdomen it looked like it was 2 sizes too small. It looks horrible in our wedding

I got my suit about a year and a half ago for my wedding, but never got around to writing a review. In short, my suit or shirts never fit well - definitely not the way a custom suit or shirt should fit, despite the whole process taking months. I don’t know if it was a combo of measurements not taken correctly or not saved correctly, but it felt like one you’d pull off a rack. HM Cole was happy to make adjustments or do other rushes to get it done in time (including providing a second rush shirt) but it just seems nothing ever worked. Ultimately, ran out of time for any other desired fixes that

I got my first H.M. Cole suit for my wedding over 8 years ago. Since then, I've ordered two more suits and numerous dress shirts from them, and I have yet to be disappointed.
As a trial attorney, I appreciate standing in front of a judge or jury in custom-fitted, sharp-looking business attire. That way if a verdict ever returns against me, I'll at least know it wasn't my wardrobe that let me down.

This place really understands the concept of customer service. I ordered my very first custom, bespoke suit. It arrived on time and I took it on a business trip. The material ended up with a few problems and Hayden figured out a fair solution. I will be buying all future suits from these guys. I am still waiting for a custom shirt I ordered and am looking forward to a nice custom fit!

These guys are very good at helping you figure out what you want in a suit and getting it made correctly and on time. I procrastinated getting a suit for my wedding until like 3 weeks before. They were able to get it in time for a fitting and have it tailored with time to spare. Their attention to detail and personable approach made the whole process a pleasure. The suit fits great, looks great, and I feel confident wearing it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The quality is amazing, the experience was seamless, the people we worked with were absolutely fantastic. We especially loved Michael. He was so helpful and has a great sense of humor to make the process so fun although all the employees were great. We were thrilled with the results and will definitely use HM Cole many, many more times. As I mentioned, the quality was unbelievable. My husband gets compliments on his suits all the time. He loves to wear them because it's exactly what he wants and they fit perfectly to/for him. Couldn't ask for a better

HM Cole made my husband's suit for our wedding and it was stunning! In regards to the fabrics, colors, and style options- they had so many to choose from. The professional tailoring we received allowed is to enjoy the whole process and get the best custom suit in town. These guys know how to make a suit! I purchased a tailored suit with another company several years ago, and I seriously didn't think my experience could top that. HM Cole proved me wrong. The measuring process was thorough and I was offered specification preferences that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The suit arrived, and fit perfectly! My wife heard me rave about it so much that she called HM Cole a year later to surprise me with a second suit, and they still had my specs! The second suit was incredibly consistent with the first.

The fitting process was really easy. They have a wide variety of fabrics to choose from and they help you understand all of the different options for customizing your suit.
It took exactly 5 week from my fitting to having my suit in hand. Had I been under a time crunch, HM Cole was willing to speed up that timeline, but I was in no rush.
The suit looks great on me and feels even better. It's the first suit I've ever owned where the pants didn't totally constrict around my thighs. It is so nice to have a suit that fits me perfectly.

DO NOT EVER buy a suit from this company!
I went in months early to get a tuxedo made for my wedding. They sent my measurements out of the country and I was told there was plenty of time and not to worry. The tux came back along with my best man's suit and they both fit horribly. The pants couldn't be buttoned, the leg measurement was six inches too short, the shirt sleeves were baggy and too short, the lapel on the tux was incorrect... They got sent out yet again, and came back a month later still poorly fitting. I thought a custom fitted suit was supposed to fit better than off the

I had a great experience with H.M. Cole and I'd recommend them to anyone. I've done custom at other places and H.M. Cole has been my best experience.
I asked them if I could get a suit back in 10 days for an event, which they were able to do for me! Their fabric selection was great and prices were very reasonable. The guy I worked with knew his stuff and did a great job measuring. They have definitely won me over as a customer.
OH! And the dress shirt I got was the best shirt I own by far. Great fabric, great, fit and I get compliments every time i wear it.
