I am very unhappy with this company. For the cost of the clothes, the material isn't worth it. Then they take return shipping out from the clothes you buy. They only give 3 days to ship back or else you dont get money back. I returned my stuff the next day and my $80 for 2 tops I only got $64 back. That's unacceptable! The sizing was off. I ordered all the same size, one was huge, the other smaller. Either way their clothes are not worth what they sell them for. Won't buy again.

I really like this store a lot! There are just a couple things, for me, that are a little difficult. The clothing is from different vendors, which is great, but the sizing ranges a lot because of this. I ordered a top in S, which fit like a L (does not come in XS). I also ordered S shorts, but they were like an XXS. The other shirt I ordered in S fit great and I get lots of compliments on it. The other thing that's hard is, in order to get a refund, the items have to be returned in 3 business days. This means you, basically, have to ship them back the same day you get them to be on time. Do not purchase from this company! That are not honest and have horrible customer service. I purchased a Seafoam outfit they sent jade and they would not refund my Account completely. They charged me for shipping. What kind of company advertises one thing and sends out another. They also only post 5 star reviews on there website. I wrote a couple reviews and they screened them and never posted. I will never shop or recommend this company to anyone!

This company is so awesome! I ordered a dress for a wedding and it came in a very timely manner. Unfortunately it just didn’t look as good on me as I had hoped (not their fault). By the time I decided I didn’t like the fit it was past the time frame for a refund to my card. Fortunately, I found another dress on their site I liked. I was worried I wouldn’t have time to send the first dress back, have the return processed, get the the in store credit, and order the new dress. I am so impressed with the customer service here. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and I had ordered a dress off of a different website, after waiting till the last minute to see if it would arrive in time I couldn't wait any longer. I found a dress on Lime Lush that was cute and the color I needed. I had messaged them to see if I could come pick it up since I live in Utah. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me that unfortunately they are not set up to do pick-ups. This was totally fine, not their fault I needed the dress last minute. I spent over $100 on this website. One of the cardigans I ordered had one arm significantly longer than the other. When I went to get a refund they only offered in-store credit. I took my credit and ordered some new items. They were all trash. When I went to post a review on the website, they deleted my poor reviews on the items I had ordered. All I am saying is be careful of any website that has a 5 star review out of 21,577 reviews (according to their own reviews page). They are clearly deleting the bad reviews and only keeping the good ones which I believe is illegal.
