This e-mail is a little late. But just wanted to say thanks for arranging the shipping. The guys that picked up my car super professional, really took care when loading & unloading the cars. And they got here super fast. They also took photos and marked all nicks/scratches/dents with an online app prior to shipping.

I was referred to Randy by a dealership as I wanted to ship my car to SD. Randy is most responsive to phone calls (he has 2 phones going at once and a personal phone) so we relied mostly on phone calls for communication. The only email correspondence was when he sent me the reservation form. Since Randy is pretty busy receiving and making phone calls, I would advise you to reach out to him, instead of vice versa. Contacted Randy since he was recommended to me by another local Transportation Company. Took more then 2 weeks to get the contact information of the car shipping company he contracted with. Assured me my car would be in good hands. My car was picked up on a Tuesday in July. The shipper who picked up my car assured me my car would be delivered at the destination(one State over) on Friday the same week. I then heard nothing back. I have the company shipped a Honda Civic from California to Michigan in July 2001, the high season for summer moves. The company gave me the best estimate and delivered as promised ahead of time with prefect conditions. The driver picked up the vehicle on time and everything was carried out professionally. I am very satisfied and the experience was beyond my expectation. Definitely recommend it's service to anyone in need of shipping cars across country. I had to move my car from Fremont CA to Liberty Hill, TX. I requested a quote from few people but ATS provided a reasonable rate.
They picked up and delivered the car in a relatively short period.
One good thing is Randy is responsive and was answering my email and phone calls in a reasonable time frame.

Top notch service through and through. We had to get my son's inoperable vehicle back to San Jose from San Diego. I contacted one company, and he was solidly booked until the end of August, he referred us to Randy @ ATS. It was a pleasure to have conversation with Randy, he kept us informed from beginning to end. It's great to find businesses that are friendly and operate at a high level of integrity. Should I need to have a car transported again (I hope not under the previous circumstances). I will absolutely contact ATS!

I'm in the military and had to get a car shipped from Ohio to Nebraska during COVID. Randy at ATS really did a great job helping me get my car shipped to where I needed in two weeks time and at a very fair price, especially considering the circumstances. I had tried to do it through other auto transport companies before I found Randy at ATS. I was being lied to by the other companies about timelines and false promises, which I discovered after doing research of my own by reading their contracts and customer reviews. I was looking for someone to transport our car interstate from Bay Area, CA to Phoenix, AZ. When I called the other businesses, they were either asking for an outrageous price or fully booked until 1 1/2 months later. Then one business owner recommends Randy at ATS. He told me Randy is a broker, he has all the connections. He will be a perfect go-to person.

ATS Transportation Services was referred to me by another transportation agency because they were at full capacity for a few months after my move. I spoke directly with the owner (Randy) and we communicated through email. Randy was absolutely the best to work with and was very communicative throughout the process.
Unfortunately, my firm halted my relocation until the end of the year due to Covid-19 and I had to discontinue Randy's services. However, I will absolutely work with Randy again when I am allowed to relocate once again!

I enjoyed dealing with this company. My car was not far, they had to transport it from a Los Angeles Dealership. They were very considerate over the phone, but what struck me most was the care and attention that they put into work when dropping off my brand new audi at my door. No wonder it arrived in perfect condition.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had...when I was paying. This outfit was contracted by our moving company to move 3 vehicles, a boat, a pickup and a car. This company subcontracted each vehicle to another company. None showed up on time to pick any of the vehicles up. None delivered within their stated timelines. All were late. We could never get a decent eta. The last vehicle was just delivered, a day after it was scheduled and 830 at night. The driver threatened to not deliver the car because I was not a happy camper. Randy made excuses, was unreliable and undependable. As a service provider he did not manage my expectations properly when I asked if the vehicle could be shipped in a timely manner. He became - as other users have mentioned - unresponsive when it became apparent that he was not able to follow through on his word. I told him that it was advised that my vehicle was priced too low for the time frame I was looking to get my car shipped in, he still refused to change anything or even requote me - which left me without my vehicle and in $400 worth of rental car fees. I do not recommend this company

I am an auto broker/dealer dealer and ship vehicles weekly all over the the West and the US. Been doing this for over 15 years; the first year or so I used half a dozen transport companies with numerous problems. Over the last 13+ years I have used Randy exclusively. He backs up what he ships. You may find online quotes somewhat lower but I would be dubious.

My experience with ATS was not bad. It was not fantastic but it was not bad considering what other car transport brokers are charging his is very reasonable. Yes it takes longer than a direct rout transport but if you want that service you will have to fork out the money to get it. If you are not is a big rush to get your car transported then it works great. Just keep in mind you need to tack on an extra week to the estimate that Randy gives you and keep in mind any holidays during the run (ie 4th of July) will cause further delay.
