Services
30 days before your wedding 50% and the remaining balance due 10 days prior with your final headcount. Any outside decorations for the ceremony ( arks, white tule, aisle runner, shepherd hooks, pomanders, monograms, etc). Extra hours are $600 and you can decide the day of your wedding an hour before the scheduled time ends.

I have been in several weddings but I have never seen the attention, not from on person, but from all the staff from Logan’s Place. Starting from JC, the owner, a very accommodating man, the florist and the wedding coordinator Dalila, they made us feel like we were family. The weather was very unpredictable the day of the weeding and it was raining 30 minutes before and JC did everything possible in his power to make it outside. His staff worked really fast to get the place ready for the wedding. The staff served the bridal party hors d’oeuvre while they were taking pictures. The guest enjoyed

We had a fairytale wedding thanks to JC!
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. To start, JC is the owner who organizes everything. He’s AMAZING. He’s professional, caring, responsive and super attentive. He picks up the phone every time and is always so so kind to explain, go over, and organize anything you might need and want. A bride’s dream.
His place is BEAUTIFUL. In fact, all of the flower arrangements and lighting were even more beautiful than we expected from picking them out in pictures. The day of the wedding was truly a well planned experience - they pretty much take care of

Honestly… where to start?
JC is a rockstar! I changed my date a million times due to the pandemic. JC first off, gave me the peace of mind and confidence that everything would turn out great no matter what day it was. We ended up. Finally getting married January 9,2022 I was worried because I ended up doing a night wedding and did not think there would be enough light for details . JC brought longans place to life at night! My god!!! What a beautiful beautiful and incase you didn’t read it the first two times what a freaking beautiful ceremony. Everything about this place is amazing. JC and his staff are phenomenal. The property is so stunningly beautiful, the perfect place for amazing photos. The food is absolutely delicious and we are so thankful we found this venue for our wedding. JC made our wedding experience so easy and stress free. He really knows what he's doing and I personally could not be more thankful for that. All of our friends and family were amazed with how beautiful the property is and how delicious the food was. This venue is something out of a dream book. I recommend this venue to all couples looking for The Dream

If you're searching for the perfect place to get married look no further! Longans Place made our day the best day of our lives! We got married there this weekend and Longans place ensured everything went off with out a hitch. JC was incredibly easy to work with while doing all of the planning and flexible with whatever I wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I envisioned. The florist that they use made the most beautiful flower arrangements ever! Delilah the wedding coordinator for my day was absolutely fantastic! She kept the busy day flowing and helped everyone

This is an amazing place for a Wedding. The people that work there are the best, and were so helpful the entire way through and go out of their way to meet our every need, and are on top of everything. Just wonderful in every way. My daughter just had her wedding at Longan’s. To say it was anything less than magical is an understatement. JC was always quick and kind to answer any of our questions. He’s honest, helpful and knowledgeable.
The food sampling was delicious. They let us choose four main dish options. Living out-of-state, we loved that so much was included the gorgeous table flowers, DJ and more. We were able to chose the cake Baker (also included) that has won best of Miami many years running.
We were able to buy our own liquor at a nearby Costco and had a signature drink: Mermaid Lemonade that was not only

We found Longan’s Place on Google Maps as we were searching for a venue for our wedding on May 30th 2021. We did a site visit in January 2020 and immediately fell in love! Words do not explain the beauty and sense of calm this location embodies. There is a waterfall, beautiful rows of Longan trees, tropical tiki rooms and a banquet room perfect for dancing and cake. We met JC who is very responsive and there to help with any questions you have. You can tell they host many weddings as they are like a well oiled machine! They offer scripts and templates to fill out for the timeline of your wedding
