Digestive disorders in children or pediatric gastrointestinal (GI) conditions can be of sudden onset (acute) or ongoing (chronic). Most are not life-threatening, however some may require immediate care. Horrible! Office staff is completely incompetent! We waited a month for an appointment. I took off work, pulled my child out of school, and drove an hour to this office. The girl who brings patients back had my son confused with another patient. I continued to tell her we had an appointment and I could let her listen to the voicemail confirming my appointment time but she refused. She then insisted I call her office manager who was not even present at the office. While waiting for the issue to be resolved another patient came in and the receptionist proceeded to tell them they were also not scheduled

Dr. Dave is one of the most caring Doctors that our family has ever seen. She has helped my son tremendously with his constipation issues. She truly cares about her patients, and really tries to get to the root of the problem. She also goes out of her way to get updates on progress to ensure the problem is being fixed. I don't know many doctors that communicate with you so well, and really go above and beyond to make sure the patient is getting the issues resolved.

Updated Reply to canned response: We called the office the first time. The employee that answered was already off to a bad day. No greeting, no enthusiasm, not a hint of appreciation that we are calling their office to become a new patient. Okay it happens moving on. The scheduler was on the other line so we leave our information and are told we will receive a call back shortly. Forty minutes later we try again. We are put on hold for 5 minutes and the line disconnects. We call back. Answering machine... so we leave a message. Ten minutes later, we call back and speak to another employee who again

My daughter is medically fragile & was in need of gbutton change. She has seen the same GI dr for 15 years, unfortunately he is on vacation this wk. I called a GI drs office in Southlake but he does not see pediatric children, even tho it speicifys pediatric GI dr on website. They kindly referred us over to this office. I called & explained our situation with her being medically fragile & in need of gbutton change due to her gbutton leaking, therefore she is not getting her full dose of immunosuppressive medication, wondering if she can be seen in office rather than going thru ER. Dr. Dave and her entire staff are one of a kind! Follow up care is phenomenal. Response time on questions left on phone messages are almost immediate! Dr. Dave Takes her time to make sure all of your questions are answered! She makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We feel very fortunate to have her care for our son.

Horrible! I couldn't even get past the front office person to get an appointment. She said I had to give her records from our previous doctor before I could even make an appointment with them. She was rude, uninformative and not helpful at all. I called back with information for them to obtain records from previous doctor as they requested and the front office lady said, "As soon as we get the records, the doctor will review and see if she wants to set up an appointment with you." But she still couldn't set an appointment and didn't know how long it would take for the doctor to review documents
