My name is Eva Cruz. I am a certified plant-based educator and health coach. I graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a background in psychology education. My varied education, training, and work experience have equipped me with extensive knowledge in living a plant-based nutrition lifestyle.

Eva is amazing to work with and I want to thank her for helping me change my life. Not only did I have major digestive issues, but for nearly a decade, I was not able to lose weight no matter what I did (count calories, fast, keto, etc). But Eva helped change all of that. Not only did she help me reach my personal weight loss goals (I lost 11 lbs.) Her coaching also helped me change my eating habits, mentality, and overall health. Eva is very passionate, knowledgeable and professional about what she does. With her kind guidance I was able to manage my T2 diabetes, achieving non diabetic numbers and cutting my oral medication in half in four months. Eva is truly a life saver! This was my last shot at health and she gave me my life back. Countless doctors gave up on me regarding my digestion issues and I was finally told, "something's can't be explained". This was my experience for 13 years. TMI but I went from maybe 3-4 bowel movements a month to now 2-3 bowel movements a day. I feel like a whole new person and the people around me see it. She is a true blessing to me and my family!

My journey with Eva has had some ups and downs. I was skeptical that she would be able to help me heal my gut with just a full plant based diet and a meal plan that she created for me. It was tough for the first 2 months but Eva was always there to help me, not only through diet but also mentally. She is super understanding and will empower you to keep going. Ask her anything and she will have the answers for you. I am now on my final days of my program and I have to say that it was worth hiring her. Trusting Eva with my latest attempt to lose weight and improve my health was a great decision! Because I’ve failed several times in the past with other diets, I was skeptical if I could stick with a plant-based diet. I switched to a vegan diet 6 months ago due to cardiovascular issues. Even with vegan diets, one can slip up or eat a lot of junk. I switched to vegan not so much of ethics or environmental issues, I just wanted to get my health back. But even with a vegan diet,, there are some obstacles that you need to learn to avoid.
Eva was great on counseling me what to eat and kept me on the right track when I was starting to veer off of it. I've even lost a few extra pounds under her tutelage.

I visited Eva 5 months to seek help to control my diabetes and to learn how to prevent a heart procedure. Im glad that I came cross to her,she not only has helped me to get my diabetes under control and not having a heart stent procedure but falso she taught me how to cook easy and delicious plant based meals. Her accountability is great, she's also very patient and shes always there for me when I get an unhealthy food trigger.I highly recommed her if you are looking to reverse any chronic illness or just shreeding some pounds.
