We worked with Mark in closing our commercial mortgage. Mark is a hard worker and very responsive. He will do all it takes to ensure your loan gets closed. The journey was hard and long but with Marks support we were able to close. My only call out ( just like with all Mortgages) read your closing docs to ensure you are not being charged anything extra. I recommend you work with Mark for any of your commercial needs.

I used Commercial Mortgage (Mark) for a cash out refi on a property in Orange County, NY. Mark was kind and helpful. I'm giving 4 stars because we were able to actually close the loan. I wasn't entirely happy with the terms paying a steep 7.99% and 2.5 points to the broker which was heavy at the closing table. It got a little stressful with the strict requirements from the bank and getting everything together. Nonetheless the loan closed. That's the most important part. Mark will tell you right away if the loan will close or not.

I began working with Mark a little over 2 wks ago and i must say, that although my credit score wasn't the greatest; he remained positive and reassured me that he would try to help as much as possible to secure a loan on my behalf. Other people would have just disregarded my loan request and offerred no solution and or recourse. -- I would tell others about him in a heart beat. He cares about his clients and doing a good job!
