Services
At FPPK, we believe that early childhood learning is both exciting and ongoing. The seeds that are planted early in a child's learning experience must be nurtured with care and compassion. We strive to create an engaging learning environment where children's curiosity is encouraged and their understanding of the world can be explored and expanded; where their self esteem and confidence can grow and develop in harmony with others.
Our goal is to provide hands-on play experiences using materials in experimental, inventive and cooperative ways. We focus on improving social, language, emotional, physical, creative, and problem-solving skills. Our Kindergarten program provides young children the opportunity to continue learning through play, while being introduced to the structures and routines that are a part of a more rigorous academic program.
Sue has been a part of the FPPK community for over twenty-five years; both as the Music teacher and as a teacher of 3 and 4 year olds. Sue holds certifications in Early Childhood Education, Music Education and Elementary Education K-8th Grade. She has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Cleveland State University.
Please sign and attach this checklist to all required parent forms below. These forms will be emailed to you upon initial enrollment. We require that all parents who co-op be fingerprinted and background checked before they "work" in the classroom. The office will provide you with information regarding this process.
