Let's face it- we all know that no one is perfect. But we strive to be. If we don't do it right the first time, we want to do what we can to make it right because we know our reputation means everything. Unlike a lot of other shops, we work on both old and new motorcycles, and have a wide range of experience on all makes and models- from American to import.
Rick Beggs-and RnR Cycles have been offering state of the art dynamometer performance tuning for over 20 years. A dyno is the best alternative to live road testing which can be done right in our shop. It reduces the time it takes to troubleshoot a bike. A problem that occurs on the road can often be duplicated during a test drive on the dyno.
Although we feel our quality of work, experience, and expertise is reflected in our hourly rate, you will be surprised how you could end up paying more for service at another shop once you are out the door! Some places may charge less, but they may not be as forthcoming about any add-ons, fees, etc.
We here at RnR Cycles sure do appreciate our customers because without you, we wouldn't be in business. But in order to grow our business, we always need new customers! Since word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, we want to reward our loyal customers who help bring us new business with a crisp Andrew Jackson!
When Rachel (one of the founders of RnR Cycles) was 17, she and her dad decided to get their motorcycle license. Loudoun NOVA Community College was the only place around that offered a comprehensive basic course, and back then, the campus was surrounded by nothing but farm fields. My, has Loudoun grown since then!

I brought my 1982 Honda CB900F in to RNR after having a very disappointing/unacceptable experience with another shop just bit south in Chantilly. I had taken my bike in for a fuel system and tank cleaning and complete tune-up, meant to get a vintage bike back to top performance. I rode my bike into the Chantilly shop. They got the tank cleaned (outsourced) but rendered my bike inoperable. After a year and a half, I had to get it hauled to RNR.
Once RNR got the bike, they quickly diagnosed the problems caused by the other shop. The RNR mechanics found that my bike was now only running on 2of4 cylinders

My son and I have had our ecu;s flashed by Rick. We have had great service from the mechanics, new tires and we just bought the new state of the art protection, the alpinestars Missile V2 Ignition leather jackets and the Tech air 5 airbag vest, for both of us. We could not be happier!
They will always get all of our business!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
They are willing to work on anything w/ 2 wheels. Went above and beyond while replacing a key module on my Monday Motorbike ebike. Got the work done quickly and at a reasonable price. I’d trust these guys to work on any of my future motorcycles.

Hi there, what can I say about RNR Cycles, well, the people there are phenomenal, each of them are very friendly and eager to help, give you advice, talk about our bikes or their own experiences, Rick is a tremendous guy, a professional and has all the knowledge, experience, patience and the will to help you make the necessary decisions about how to improve your motorcycle, In November 03 I took my motorcycle to do a DynoTune and reprogram my ECU and the results are phenomenal, I am very satisfied with them and I hope very I'll be back soon to ask for help to improve the suspension of my Motorcycle

I truly appreciate the fact that Rick makes ever effort to make sure that it is necessary to service the motorcycle. I just got off the phone with him, I was wanting to set up an appointment for carburetor & valve adjustment; when he looked in the records he saw that it wasn't necessary. Now that's the sign of a good, honest shop!

Customer service means everything to me.
Talked on the phone to I think was the owner regarding some work I needed done to a motorcycle straight to the point friendly took my tire in today to have something done. in and out 15 minutes definitely gained another customer to work on my bike. And the girl at the front desk was courteous and friendly as well.

F@#% this place I paid them to do a tune and check my tire and tighten my bike and they end up wasting my time. They took forever to just get to my bike. I made appointment and they said it was drop off. So I take my bike to another shop and rnr didn't do a f@#%ing thing I told them to do now I have to pay for all the stuff again. Don't waste your time and money here cuz I'm broke thanks to them screw this place.

So far, I've taken two of my bikes to RNR, and they always do a stellar job. I recently had a slip on mount and ECU Flash done to my GSX-R 750, and its like night and day. My bike sounds amazing, and feels so much smoother on the throttle pull. Great customer service from the front office to the garage. I will be brining my bike back for a Dyno-tune soon, and also will bring her back for routine maintenance.
Definitely recommend !

These guys are professionals. They keep a nice assortment of common maintenance fluids and other accessories. Prices are competitive. So far, they have been cheaper than online retailers on Motul fluids. They will tune bikes, do valve adjustments, replace tires, engine swaps, and pretty much anything motorcycles. They answered questions I had about my bike and valve clearance adjustment intervals plus an estimate to get it done. Very honest. I recommend them.

Many of their reviews were solid, which is why I have them a chance. They have kept my bike there for over a month now. When I dropped it off, they also made me do a "deposit" of $250 upfront, without even looking at the motorcycle to see what's wrong with it. Now, 4+ weeks later, still no word, no update, and I still don't know what's wrong with it. A common theme is they are unprofessional, take way too long, charge STEEP labor per hour (100+, more than my car shop), and occasionally you will receive your bike back with some damage. I'll wait until I hear back, but

They had my bike over three weeks to replace two bearings, two tires, and a gasket. They never give you updates on your bikes progress and so one must call or text them everyday to find out. $100 a hour for service fees, I would've excepted some sort of customer service to go with that steep price tag. Never again will I take my bike to them for anything and I'll rent a press for my bearing next time. By the time I was able to pick up my bike they had it for 6 weeks and I only received two texts on its progress and you can't tell anything was completed. Don't waste your time

I have known Rick since 1994 and ever since then he has proven to be the most reliable, knowledgeable, honest and dependable motorcycle shop owner I've ever dealt with. One two different occasions he even connected me with other people when I was looking to buy a particular motorcycle. Once, recently he even diagnosed a problem just by listening to a video I sent him! He is The Motorcycle Whisperer.
His shop, RnR Cycles does excellent work; I am always confident that the bike will be perfect when I pick it up.
I do my own routine maintenance. But I leave big jobs to RnR. On at least

If you're looking for honesty and a man of his word, this shop and Rick are where you will still find them.
Honestly, I had a mixed experience with RnR. I went to them because my buddy, David, started working there this summer.
Their policy of paying as they go takes some getting used to and when they took several labor hours and work days to find and fix the problems on my bike, I felt like I was getting the runaround. I had some fiery discussions over the phone but when I spoke with Rick in-person we managed to settle them.
I got my bike back and everything was good....until 10 miles

This is my go to motorcycle repair/maintenance shop. They have been servicing my FZ07 for over 1 year now and I'm always happy with results and customer service. Rick and team greet you immediately and make you feel welcome
And wanted. They perform the work as requested in a fair time frame. Communication is simple, call make an appt and get an email confirmation of the work requested immediately after the conversations I just got a duel sport wr250r and plan on taking it here for new tires, chain and upgraded sprockets/gears.
Would recommend RNR to anyone seeking honest work at fair

I have an old 81' Honda CB 650 custom. The guys at RNR brought the prehistoric bike back to the 21st century, it runs great and they really showed how much quality work they can get done when given the proper amount of time. I am not saying it took them a week to do or anything but they were informative, professional, and very up-front about everything the job ran into. Prices were fair, they work with you, as well as offering good customer service i.e. they picked up my bike when it was not running and then helped me load it back up so I could get back to riding as soon as possible. I would

I grew up working on cars, so I know when a mechanic is blowing smoke. When I first returned to motorcycling avfew years ago, I shopped a number of dealers and small shops in the NOVA area. There are a number of good ones, but from the first time I walked in the store, Rick and his team have impressed me with their dedication to getting any kind of bike back on the road. They are always willing to discuss all options for repairs and upgrades, and have never pressured me to buy higher priced options that were not in my budget.

After taking 4 months to replace my clutch hub and plates, R&R caused over $1500 in damage to my bike by bending the primary drive shaft when replacing the clutch hub by improperly removing it. The problem was discovered within 50miles of leaving his shop and verified by another motorcycle repair shop. When the issue was brought to Ricks attention with a request to get it fixed, he got very defensive, refused any responsibility and refused to fix the problem. Horrible customer service!!! Stay away from them if you care about your bike.

I did not write a review right away, because I did not want to base my review on one visit. I did some research on RNR before I ever brought my bike there. Once I did, I know my bike has found a home.. I have a 2006 Triumph Rocket III.. It needed a little cosmetic work and tires.. So for I got new tires (It had original HARD rubber).. I put on a new windscreen, replaced a scratched tank, replaced a scratched pipe, added a sissy bar, added USB power for GPS and dash cam.. Oil change, spark plug change, Added air horn.. Some of this stuff would have been easy to do by myself.. but it is easier

When i want my bikes fixed correctly, i take them to RnR cycles. I live an hour away, so it's not exactly convenient -- but it's well worth it to me. I've owned several bikes of different styles: 2stroke dirt, 4stroke enduro, sport, etc., and have used many shops around the northern Virginia area over the past 14 years. Most left me somewhat satisfied or disappointed. I'm VERY picky about who works on my cars and bikes if I am not the one doing it.
All that said, Rick and his employees are very knowledgeable individuals. Ask questions, get to know them -- they
