Although the door was locked when I first got there, a gentleman opened it for me and greeted me kindly and offered me a beverage. From there on, it was smooth sailings really. The aesthetician I saw was incredibly professional and courteous. I was really surprised with how much I didn't know about my own skin ( and I've been seeing a dermatologist for the past 7 years). All in all, I do suggest UFO to anyone looking to get their skin clear.
